Excellent location. Quiet in the evening. Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff

Check in took a bit. Could be simplify by letting add some of those details online prior to arrival. Nonetheless, it was not an issue

Perfect stay especially if your not going to be spending all day in the accommodation.

I travelled with my 12 year old son who is in a wheelchair & we needed something suitable and within our budget. The access & everything was perfect, we actually met another woman there in a larger electric wheelchair so it was nice to see we weren't the only ones. Because we were on the go all day I wasn't particular about the room or facilities but it was more than enough for us. Once you close the windows you can't hear anything & it is lovely to people watch from where you are. You couldn't find a more perfect location and it is reasonably in price. If your looking for a place to stay that is central, reasonable, modern & clean this is perfect. I would 100% return here.

A lot had mentioned about check in, but its simple enough. Just put your bags down and give yourself five minutes to do it without getting stressed.

Clean, central location, easy access, coffee and water replaced every day. Housekeeping staff were excellent. 1 hour walk from the beach but close to bike rental shop

I checked in online and still had to do it at a vending machine to get my room allocation. Personally, I prefer to have human contact.

Stunning rooms in a central location!

Amazing location, can’t fault it, super sized rooms with stunning decor. This is not a hotel though so be prepared for self check in ( tip- you need your ID including for minors!!!). If possible, check in in advance! And request a second key card as using one is tricky as it operates the room facilities and the lift. That said, would choose again in a heartbeat.

Not worth the €

Great location in the city but that is probably where the good bits end. Did have a good sleep I guess and the air-con was great!

Rooms are small, dark and I think the no staff thing is just a bit odd. Check-in was a complete nuisance in the horrible little double door area, wouldn’t like to do that late at night. The whole no staff thing and concrete look just gave the place a bit of an eerie vibe. Honestly for the money I just think there must be a better option it does very well to make itself look stylish in the photos but it feels more like a hostel with private rooms in reality. Minimal furnishings and finishes

Convenient location

Super central location and staff were quick, accurate and helpful to respond to queries. Cleaning staff also super kind and helpful. We were able to store our bags after checkout in the onsite lockers. It's a complication to not have on-site staff to help with things like taxi, but the FreeNow app works well here.

Finding, locating and entering is quite difficult as Google Maps will just bring you to Mr.Churro next door. Accessing the building is like using Air bnb, you have to make an effort to figure it all out yourself, so if convenience and ease is what you're seeking, just go to a regular hotel. Concrete floors, and walls in need of a paint. The materials of the walls in the winding hallways appear cheap and not well put together. The lobby is really nice, with some plants, wooden appearance features that give a more finished look. But the hallways and room floors/walls could use a re-think.I have stayed in far nicer-furnished places for less money. I was slightly disappointed that there was no iron/ironing board available.

Chaotic check-in with payment issues; immaculate room, prime location.

Cleanness and location was very good

Upon arrival, I encountered a series of frustrating setbacks: • Extended wait at check-in: Despite having prepaid through Booking.com, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and demanded a second payment. I ended up waiting over two hours before they even started processing our check-in. • Key-card and power problems: Initially, they didn’t have any key cards ready due to a system issue, so we spent another hour in the dark. After repeatedly asking, they finally gave us one card—only enough to activate the room’s electricity, not to unlock the door. This meant one of us always had to remain inside to open the door for the other, which felt overly restrictive, even by 11:00 PM. • Overall experience: The combination of payment confusion, lengthy delays, and malfunctioning key cards made for a very disappointing start to our stay.

Location is Perfect

Location is perfect. Very quiet and modern. They left a letter and a nice gift on my bed upon arrival.

They didn't provide a second key upon checkin and a card is required for pretty much anything.

Very clean, comfortable and private, great value for money as the location was also amazingly central.

Not that I didn’t like it but the place was super private to the core, no human interaction and the only people we met were cleaners, who were lovely anyway.

Clean, spacious, very central, helpful staff.

Automatic check-in didn't work properly. We had to call the reception for help to get us the key cards, who helped us resolve the matter in just a few minutes.

Overpriced and way too difficult to go in and out without staff

Location is good and the bed was comfortable.

There isn’t a reception desk and you have to check in at a computer. Fine if there aren’t any issues but the elevator didn’t work so everyone had to use a back entrance to get in. You’d imagine that the hotel would have a contingency plan in place or at least prop open the door but no. The doors are locked and you have to call someone to let you in. What happens if they don’t answer at night or you don’t have phone service as a tourist? You’re screwed is what will happen. One of the dumbest check in systems and vastly overpriced for how sketchy the building is and how annoying it is to be let in.

Disappointing

The location was good

in-checking was terrible; one should have the passport to scan (which i didnt have, only ID card); there is a way to go around the system, but it takes energy and time, big deal of irritation. Also, every morning at 5 am there were people gathering directly under our windows and had party ongoing, one morning it ended up with fight and police. there is no way of good sleep. there is no stairs to take (only emergency, but also only as the way out, not to come back). everything felt claustrophobic. this hotel might be good for party people who doesn't care much about where they stay

Satisfied with several remarks:-)

The location is excellent, very central close to everything. The shop on the left side of the entrance door of the hotel although doesn’t look fancy, offer very good spanish breakfast and famous churos with hot chocolate or coffee.

The isolation between the rooms is very bad. You can even hear the conversation of the neighbours, going in toilet, and their act of having sex:-) The cleaning lady speaks only spanish, however she is good in her job, except when she doesn’t want to clean your room although a sign for cleaning is put on the door, she will put under the door a notice that she passed by but she didn’t clean because the sign was not to disturb:-(

Very clean, modern & nice looking hotel. When you don’t need any help or breakfast it is a really great choice. Close to all different kind of restaurants, help when needed is close by. For me a perfect stay.
