Excellent base for Valencia

Great welcome from staff at reception who gave us lots of in formation . Hotel was spotlessly clean and with modern decor . Excellent breakfast . Fantastic central location with lots of restaurants nearby .

Great room and location but NOT pet-friendly.

As I visited family in Valencia, the location couldn't have been better. The room was well-appointed, and it was spacious enough for bags, the dog, and the dog bed, etc., without feeling cluttered.

Despite claiming it was pet-friendly, the dog wasn't allowed in the restaurant (completely understandable), but there was no seating offered anywhere else. Leaving the dog in the room was not possible - he would have howled and woken other guests. The staff offered no solutions and made it VERY clear they didn't care. Needless to say, we left early.

The fact that they gave us a room on the first floor extremely noisy as the room was facing a street nearby discos and restaurants .We had to change the room at 02.00 .We had a room supposed to be better but it was smaller and less comfortable

A disappointing stay that fell short of expectations, despite the great location.

The location was excellent — central, well connected, and ideal for exploring the city.

I was very disappointed with the handling of my room request. I had specifically booked a double room for our honeymoon and clearly requested a proper double bed—not two singles pushed together. However, upon arrival, that’s exactly what we were given. This significantly affected the quality of our stay, and when I raised the issue, I was simply told that this was “subject to availability,” with no alternative offered. For a hotel in this price range and category, I expected a higher level of attention to detail and guest care. Additionally, I attempted to dine at the hotel restaurant one evening, but it was closed to guests due to a private anniversary event. This was not communicated in advance, which added to the sense of disorganization and lack of consideration. Overall, I felt that the experience did not reflect the standard the hotel claims to offer.

Dated and not up to standard for the price

Got a room next to reception. I mean. Exactly next to reception. No option to open window but would have been street level anyway. After one night we could change room in 2nd floor. Room was very dated and not worth the price.

Location was great, very central. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Provision of umbrellas much appreciated.

Housekeeping could be better. We did not get tea and coffee supplies refreshed each day and no clean crockery on two days. Some rooms a little tired. We paid extra to have a balcony. Not really a pleasant sitting out area, more a smoking area. No umbrella or plants, just two chairs, a table and an ashtray.

Great location, well presented, staff friendly, no problem changing me to a room with a double bed from a single at no extra cost, didn't spend much time in the room but if I did it has an interactive TV so you can watch Netflix etc from your phone!

Bathroom had a structural piller in the middle which meant the toilet was under the sink unit but hey I got a big bed so not complaining!!

Fantastic hotel close to everything! The private pool wad perfect to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Excellent amenities.

A/C was only blasting towards our heads so we could not use it for long periods of time and the room got stuffy.

Friendly staff, great facilities! 24 hour concierge. The room was very comfortable, nice beds and pillows, lovely shower and bathroom. TV with some channels in English, but you can cast Netflix etc from your phone/table. Room had fantastic air con! Blackout curtains and double glazing, so completely quiet. The hotel is in a central location, easy to get to main tourist attractions and short 8 min walk to metro which takes you directly to the airport.
