Our stay in the One Shot Puerta Ruzafa was a key piece to our most enjoyable visit to Valencia

The location is ideal for exploring Valencia, you see something of significance no matter which direction you go. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The best part of the hotel was the reception staff, from when we first arrived till we departed they all were as helpful and enjoyable as one could wish for.

Comfortable and very well located

Very comfortable room. Quiet, spacious and clean. The hotel staff is phenomenal, specially Jeremy, who made the effort of speaking my native language in all of our interactions rather than defaulting to Spanish or English. The location is also great, very central and vibrant. I would stay there again in future trips to Valencia.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I guess if I had to point two (minor) things: the smell of the elevator hallway was a bit bad and the shower temperature a bit unstable (never cold, though).

Very good

We stayed at One Shot Puerto Ruzafa for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every single day, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. At both the beginning and the end of our stay, the staff surprised us with small gifts and a handwritten postcard — such a thoughtful and personal touch that really made us feel welcome. The team was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

Relaxing trip to beautiful Valencia.

The hotel is in a great location and yet the room was so quiet. The decor is beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast location on 9th floor was lovely and relaxing with a view over the city.

Beautiful hotel!

The hotel room was so cute! The room was so clean and nice, beautifully furnished as well. The staff were also so helpful, especially the local from Valencia. Location is also great, walkong distance to a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. Beautifully done. Hotel roo. Had lots of space, seating areas, plugs, etc. Complete amenities as well like bathrobe, slippers, etc.

It was not really mentioned in any of the reviews, but the hotel doesn't really have a proper place for a cab or car to stop in front of it so that you can put your luggages down, etc. Basically they don't have a driveway. We were not sure how to handle it, but the staff later on told us that we can tell them in advance and they can have the car there for 2 minutes while you bring your luggages down or put your luggages in. Also there isn't really a big sign with the hotel's name. It's literally beside Pull and Bear. Just so other people know!

Breakfast might be better, small selection, but offer you to cook eggs or pancakes. Fried eggs were overburn with piece of shell in it.

Perfect room for 1-3 nights stay

The location is great. Also, at the check in, the staff upgraded my room for free for one with views. There were small details like a card written by hand, my name in the TV with a welcome message... the room was well decorated and the bed was confortable. Perfect for a work trip.

The price of the breakfast was too high, so I did not take it. Also, there are no facilities in the hotel, just your room, so it may not be the best hotel if you're looking for bars or a coffee in the same place. But you're in the center of Valencia so you have plenty of choice. The price of the room compensates for this.

Our stay was really pleasant friendly staff gorgeous view and room

The bed was unbelievably comfortable and really big, selection of pillows was perfect we got a city view room complimentary which was lovely, air conditioning was great kept the room really cool and comfortable shower and bathroom kept really clean, location of the hotel is great right beside loads of shops and short walk to everything, felt really welcomed by all staff and happy to help with any issues

The shower can fluctuate from hot to ice cold and is quite hard to get to a normal temp but shower itself is really nice water fall shower very spacious

I would highly recommend One Shot Puerta Ruzafa

The staff were immensely friendly - I met a wide range of reception staff during my stay and every one was warm and welcoming. The housekeeping staff I met were equally as great. The building itself is lovely, with a sweeping marble staircase (and three lifts) - the entrance doorway can be hard to spot, so just look out for Benneton, it's right next door! The bedding was very comfortable, with a range of different pillows given. The fixtures and fittings all felt very high quality and the bathroom was excellent - everything felt so well built and from quite high-end materials. The location could not be better - the equivalent to staying on Regent Street in London - right in the heart of the shopping district, with easy access to surrounding places of interest, such as Ruzafa (7 mins walk), Mercat Colon (9 mins walk) and the old town of El Carmen (20 mins). A great hotel to come home to at the end of every day.

Highly recommended hotel

The bed was very comfortable, the room super clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet room, we didn't hear any noises. I liked the shower gel and the free toothbrushes, toothpaste, teas, etc. The hotel is greatly located, in the city centre, where all the shops are, 5 minutes away from the city hall, mercat central, estación del Nord and buses and subway. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room and wardrobe were a bit small. And we had no view of the main street. Also, very small window with no balcony. Breakfast not included. But not big deal.

Not marathon friendly

Muy caro relacion calidad precio Casi 800€ 2 noches 2 personas y sin desayuno Al preguntar si podian preparar arroz para el desayuno (fuimos para la maraton) nos dijeron que no, creo que pagando un precio asi se podria hervir arroz de 1€ del super, todo el desayuno era 0 marathon friendly un finde en el que casi todo el mundo que va a valencia va a correr. Siguiendo con esto, nos dijeron que si habia diponibilidad se podria hacer un late check out. Al preguntarlo otra vez nos dijeron que no pero que pagando otra noche si. Osea que SI que habia disponibilidad pero solo pagando. He tenido que ir sudada hasta casa (a 4h en coche) porque tampoco hay una ducha que puedas usar.

La posizione centralissima, la vista dal nostro balcone al settimo piano, letto comodissimo, colazione ottima, staff molto accogliente e disponibile. Un saluto a Gustavo che ci ha suggerito tanti bei posticini. Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno e Valencia. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!
