Brilliant location, very close to a lot of the main attractions and shops; could not hear the noise outside and the room air con when on was completely silent - amazing

Great location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms.
Our room was hot when we arrived, so staff came to restart the AC. When we came back late at night it was off again and hot. Tried to call front desk but couldn’t reach them. Gave up and went to sleep. Morning was very hot with no AC. We reported in person to the front desk, but it wasn’t fixed before we checked out at 11:15. They told us that you press 9 to reach front desk, and we had tried 0. No note about this in the room or on the phone.

Smelt of drains, shower was dangerous the temperature went from ice cold to scalding hot without touching the temperature
