The hotel is centrally located which allows for comfortable walking to explore the city center. The city of València is beautiful, especially when illuminated at night. Breakfast was great and service was attentive without being intrusive.

Smallest bathroom I have experienced in Spain. The bathroom door cannot fully open bc it hits the bidet. Cracked granite on sink too. Definitely needs remodeling. Otherwise no complaints.

Excellent hotel with a nice location, walking distance to the old town and much more. Friendly staff, clean and nice room. We were there just one night and did not use the pool or eat breakfast so dont know about that. Be prepared to pay up for parking if you arrive with a car, as there are no free parking around the area. Lots of parking houses nearby though. Valencià is a really beautiful and exciting city, and this hotel is a good starting point for exploring it.

The staff were excellent as well as the facilities. Buffet breakfast was delicious and provided an areay of food for everyone. The location was walkable from the train station and surrby wonderful restaurants.

Perfect location in the old city (Ciutat Vella) - very central, conveniently walkable to all major tourist areas of interest, while also somehow being very peaceful & quiet at night-time. The hotel itself looks new and is in great condition, and it has a very well regarded restaurant on the ground floor (although we didn’t try it ourselves).

This place is entirely reliant on its (very good) location. Our room wasn't ready at 3pm, which was understandable as it was just after the torrential rains in València, but instead of making us comfortable at the restaurant the staff could only provide extremely basic choices there. They were very nice, so we have no complaints about the staff at all, but management needs to realise that if a customer cannot enter the room they paid for in full they need to go above and beyond to compensate. After cancelled flights and a night at the airport we really couldn't wait to rest somewhere, we even called beforehand and were assured that check in is at 3pm... In the end we got a room that was fairly basic for the price, this place clearly survives by being in a great location. Will not be back.

Positives: perfect location in the middle of Valencia, one block from city hall plaza; we were able to bring our dog for a daily fee; they provided a baby cot for our daughter; felt like the hotel was recently renovated; great customer service; had a room on the top floor with great soundproofing (couldn’t hear anything from the street); room had a balcony with furniture which is a rarity for hotels in the area. Negatives: the junior suite that we booked felt small (barely enough space for us to maneuver…I can’t imagine how small the regular rooms were); the suite had a separate sitting area from the bed, but no door between the two so it wasn’t ideal for our young daughter who had a different sleep schedule; only 2 elevators for the whole building plus the staff with only one going to the 7th floor where our room was…often had to wait awhile, especially in the morning; could clearly hear noise from the hallway including a supply closet right across from our room that the staff accessed regularly; gym was small with limited equipment.

We stayed in the hotel for business. The hotel is very well located for the centre of Valencia. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast wasn't great so I'd probably recommend room only. The room was small but comfortable.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Valencia. Rooms were relatively spacious, had a fridge & minibar, and were very clean. They also had air-con so were comfortable to sleep in. Room had double set of windows so was very quiet at night, and curtains were quite dark to keep light out. Breakfast was good, great selection of food & drinks. Location was perfect, right in the centre of the city and only 5 minutes walk to the underground metro. Overall a great hotel, would stay again.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Hotel within walking distance of metro stations as well as El Carmen and Russafa neighborhoods. Room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet had good variety.
