Super stay in central Valencia

Fantastic

Anna the manager was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfasts delivered when we wanted. Spotlessly clean. Location is superb close to a vibrant area for restaurants and bars as well as all the sights but on a quiet road 10/10

Very clear instructions on how to access the property after hours. The suite was adorable, very clean and roomy. Gloria at the front desk went above and beyond by going to a nearby store to grab us some creamers for our coffee. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. We would definitely recommend staying here!

A very nice location and place to stay.

The location of the property was great. And the keypad to get into the property and room was very handy. The staff was very quick in responding to queries.

The shower head /holder was a bit broken so it was difficult to shower. Also the room was a bit smaller than advertised. And the extra cost for a balcony was not worth it as there is no view.

Poor Customer Service

Customer communication was so poor from the venue that I felt I had to book an alternative accommodation at the last minute. I lost all my money, which I really couldn't afford, but it was worth it for my peace of mind.

The host was extremely helpful and it’s in a perfect location to see the sights of Valencia Key fob entry exit easy Beware pictures are main best bedroom so when you book internal rooms different to main picture but clean big enough and when travelling the city it’s to sleep in Cathedral 500 yards from hotel Bullring 1 mile away Valencia Fc stadium. Tour 1 mile away Oceanographic 2 mile away but we walked everywhere so easily done Beach a bit to far to walk so use public transport Lockers available so can check out and still have whole day fir just 2 euros City as a whole really reasonable priced and beautiful city if like the culture and history Highly recommend Valencia and hotel was perfect for what you need and host so helpful via what’s app

The overall cleaning was precarious. I saw a big hair peewee near the bed, the shower cabin had many mold spots, and the room floor was very scratched.

Location was great! In the center with all the restaurants nearby. Easy to find. The room was very clean, spacious, and overall comfortable. Definitely booking here again when i’ll be back in this city!!

Very comfortable stay with a great check-in system and streamline stay

The style was really nice and I really liked the room and its layout. The bathroom was a good size and was a perfect size if you wanted to work as well. The room was also very comfortable with the AC.

The shower head was not very powerful and didn't fit in the holder correctly and fell out a couple of times. There also wasn't enough space for our luggage as the lockers were already taken, there were only 3.

Black mold in the bathroom is a health hazard!!

Friendly staff at the check in, that was the only positive.

A lot of black mold all over the bathroom ceiling and walls, probably more hiding under the wallpaper that extended into the bathroom. In the bedroom there was some kind of emergency light that was taped shut but was still emitting a strong glow in the night and could not be turned off. The common areas (corridors + staircases) were extremely perfumed with citronella and other artificial fragances.

Great stay

Location was brilliant, right next to the beautiful old town. It was so easy to step outside and be greeted by lovely sights, smells, and food! The room was huge, clean and tidy. The reception is only staffed some hours but we could check in remotely which was great. They also had lockers (only a few) which was very helpful after checkout.

It was great. We were a bit worried if there were any problems there was no staff to speak to but fortunately didnt need anything. Could do with more lockers - we were lucky to grab one when we did and made a huge impact to our day.

Lovely property in a great location to enjoy all that Valencia has to offer.

The property, cozy and spotlessly clean, is situated a short walk from La Catedral. Our hostess, Gloria, was charming and so helpful. She added to our overall enjoyment of our time in Valencia.

Central and nice with all facilities

No need to speak to anyone, it was easy to get in at any time as everything was automatically done

The bathroom wall is glass and even though it is glazed you can see people in the toilet. It is ok if you are going there with your husband of 10 years like in my case, but not so good if you are sharing the room with a friend or relative or you are on the first days of a relationship as you can see them poop!!!

My stay at Host & Home was comfortable, convenient, & at a very reasonable price.

Check in/check out process was quick & easy. Property is kept clean & located at the heart of the city, with easy access to public transportation & points of interest. Wifi is strong. I highly recommend Host & Home.

Lovely room and perfect location. In the city centre but quite. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The online check-in was easy and communication with the host very efficient. They were kind and helpful.

Overall it was great. The only two small negative things were: - we did not see anyone from the staff for our entire stay although they were available for email/phone communication. - we had to pay a little extra (2 euro) to leave the luggage after the check-out. It was a useful service but it never happened to me to be asked an extra for this.

Good

The location was great, everything within walking distance. The communication about the check in was very good. The room was nicely decorated and had lots of ammenities like fridge, kettle, tea and coffee etc.

The bed was really small and uncomfortable. It was a wooden plank with a matress on it. We booked the deluxe room for the balcony but it was more like a french balcony, so very small. The smell coming from the sewage in the bathroom was pretty bad.

Good value accommodation in beautiful Valencia

Perfect location in the centre of Valencia's Ciutat Vella. We walked to most of the city's main attractions every day. Great variety of cafes, restaurants, shops and bars on your doorstep. The hotel is situated on a quiet alley so it's peaceful at night. Self check-in and check-out which is very convenient. We had a late flight home and we loved the self-service coin-operated lockers. 10 min away from Metro station to/from the airport. Great value for money.

The upper floor room where we stayed didn't have a lot of natural light.
