Impossible to sleep well

The staff and the location are great!

The place was super hot. The AC was not working. There was a huge noise coming from the bar in the downstairs. There was a cigarette smell entering by the window from others rooms. The bathroom was smelling bad.

I had mostly positive stay at a hostel and recommend it to others who dont want to spend too much on a hotel in Valencia

The room was spacious and it was easy to travel closer to the centrum by a bus or a tram. Also the staff was very helpful and spoke good English.

The room was clean, but it had a weird smell. Also the walls were very thin and iI could hear other people on the hallway.

Comfortable, safe, great location. Magical visit to Valencia.

Great location and great facility, exactly what I wanted. Support there if I needed but left alone to enjoy my visit. A/C was fantastic to help with the heat wave. Very happy and would definitely go back!

The apartment wasn’t really clean on arrival, my only complaint from a very happy visit.

Disappointing Staff Interaction

I came to write an exam in the city centre the hotel it was great, clean and had everything that I needed to make small meals in the room.

The online check-in was an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I reached out to the hotel to let them know that the online check-in wasn't working and that I would need to check in on arrival. The staff member said that this would not be possible that the check-in was required prior to arrival. I asked if they could assist me to complete it and the staff member said ok and then stated that it was completed. The morning of my travel I received a WhatsApp message from another staff member advising me that my check-in had not been completed, I sent them a screenshot from the previous interaction to show that another employee had stated that it was completed. This person became unreasonable stating that I needed to provide them with personal documentation including supporting documents for my residency in Spain. This employee continued to send me messages for nearly 4 hours. I contacted booking.com to report the incident and was able to check in at the hotel upon arrival. Booking.com did not get back to me until after my stay, the hotel never followed up on the issue. I don't know if this is an isolated incident but it was needlessly unprofessional and wasted a morning that I would have preferred to spend studying.

Sufficient for a short trip

It was very quiet & there was a gym, also a rooftop pool.

It is student accommodation so very expensive for what you’re paying. No towels provided for gym or pool. It is independent living, not a hotel.

Great location and facilities

The studios are located a short walk from the Serranos Towers / old town of Valencia, and has lots of good transport links around. The pool came in very handy during the hot weather! The other facilities like the laundry room were also really useful.

When we checked in to our room, there was a musty smell that didn’t go the whole time of our stay. In the information pack we were told that there would be light cleaning everyday and our linens changed every four days, which I don’t think happened. There is no hair dryer provided in rooms (these can be requested by reception staff, but none were available each time we asked).

Would recommend and would definitely go back

It was so close to everything we could walk everywhere we wanted or else we were right beside all the tram stations for public transport.

Only thing that would’ve been better is an extra room card as I was staying with my sister and we only had one card per room

A student uni accommodation during term, very quiet when I was there in June. 24hr reception and found it very safe as solo traveller. Had small rooftop pool and loads of lounge areas (pool/table tennis) bus and tram 3 mins walk. Can store bags before and after stay if needed. 15 min walk to castle & another 10 into main shopping area. 25 min on bus / tram to beach.

Some students around and can be noisy at night.

Quiet and very clean. Excellent mattress! Everything was new (and smells like new).

The hotel sent me 20 notifications about check-in, it was annoying! Especially because when we arrived, they checked our passports again. No kitchenettes except 2 glasses, 2 plates and one pot. No clothes hangers in the wardrobe. No table lamps.

Valencia is geweldig en studio is prima voor een kort verblijf

Kort bij het centrum en de groene zone. Het is een echt studentenhuis, veel jongeren. Het bed is oké. Parkeergarage is ideaal als je met auto bent.

Lawaai in de nacht door de jongeren. Geen fatsoenlijke stoelen op kamer om te zitten. Geen waterkoker. Heel beperkte keukenspullen. Badkamer is klein en douche is vies met schimmelranden.

Recomendable pero solicita utensilios de cocina.

La habitación es muy amplia y cómodo, a 10 minutos del centro, cama muy amplia y cómoda. Había microodas, placa de inducción y fregadero.

No habia ningún utensilio de cocina, ni tan siquiera cubiertos, una cocina poco práctica. La televisión no ha habido manera de hacerla funcionar, no cargaban los acuerdos necesarios para utilizar el smart tv

Leuk hotel met perfecte ligging.

De ligging is top. Hele lejke buurt en dichtbij het stadcentrum en het park. Het hotel is netjes. Het zwembad op het dak is helemaal prima. De medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk.

De kussens waren te dun waardoor je niet echt comfortabel ligt met je hoofd. Bed is verder wel prima!

Je reviendrai si je passe par Valencia

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était toujours disponible, très accueillant et à l’écoute. Le quartier est calme et on s’y sent en sécurité. La chambre était propre, climatisée, avec des draps impeccables et un lit très confortable — nous avons très bien dormi. L’insonorisation est bonne, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. La TV avec Netflix était un vrai plus, et la cuisine bien équipée était très pratique pour préparer nos repas. L’hôtel dispose d’une piscine au dernier étage, ce qui est très agréable pour se détendre, et il est possible de laisser ses valises gratuitement avant l’arrivée et après le départ. L’immeuble est récent et moderne, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus confortable. Il est également facile de se restaurer à proximité : plusieurs supermarchés et restaurants sont à quelques pas. L’hôtel est bien desservi par les transports en commun, permettant de rejoindre facilement la Cité des Sciences et la plage. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Il y’a une petit problème de fuite d’eau venant de l’étage supérieur dans ma salle de bain et une histoire d’odeur de peinture fraîche lors de mon 2ème séjour mais ça été réglé par le personnel qui est bien réactif et j’ai pu changer de chambre sans problème Une bouilloire ou une cafetière dans la chambre serait top

Lockere Atmosphäre trifft auf modernen Zeitgeist. Die Studios sind gut ausgestattet - obwohl die meisten dies wohl eher nicht nutzen werden. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad mit Dusche erfüllt alle Ansprüche: Super auch der Pool auf dem Dach. Bei den heißen Temperaturen im Sommer eine Wohltat nach der Stadt Tour ein wenig abzukühlen. Top Lage - kurzer Weg von 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Torre de Serranos und der angrenzenden Altstadt; Viele einfache Bars in direkter Nähe; Bäcker direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite

Das es keine Möglichkeit gibt einen Kaffe oder Tee zuzubereiten Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer Keine Versorgungsstation im Aufenthaltsraum Ein "Stiller" Kiosk mit den nötigsten Dingen; Snacks; Getränke etc. das fehlt wirklich Das Kissen im Bett war super unbequem

Okay sleepover/pitstop in Valencia

Een prima kamer voor 1 nacht in Valencia. Ik moest noodgedwongen een pitstop maken, en daar was het geschikt voor. Heb het op de dag zelf, nog even last minute geboekt, en kon er direct terecht. Wat top was! Het is ongeveer 20 min lopen vh centrale busstation. En ligt in een redelijk rustige straat Ook is er een klein supermarketje in de buurt. Prijs/kwaliteit vd kamer was naar tevredenheid. De basics zijn aanwezig: bed, bureau, stoel, nachtkastje, kledingkast, tv, kitchenette met wat keukenspullen, koelkast, magnetron, badkamer met een degelijke douche en toilet. Ik verbleef er alleen, en had een 2-pers. bed gekozen, en de oppervlakte vd kamer is voldoende voor 1 pers. Of een stel. Een simpele, schone kamer zonder poespas.

Wat ik miste was een gelegenheid om even snel een kopje koffie of thee te kunnen maken. Een waterkoker, een steelpannetje of koffiecorner wordt door mij altijd wel gewaardeerd. Zeker na een lange dag van reizen. Ik begrijp dat een tea/coffeecorner niet standaard meer in een kamer zit, omdat het soms meegenomen wordt, maar ik ben er altijd wel blij mee. Het tweede wat ik graag gezien had als alleenreizende vrouw is een (extra) slot op de deur. Het geeft me net iets meer dat gevoel van veiligheid. Zeker als je een kamer hebt waar veel mensen langs passeren. De faciliteiten heb ik verder niet benut. Het hotel heeft wel een zwembad, dat sluit om 21:00 's avonds. Maar ik heb er geen gebruik van gemaakt, omdat ik vrij laat arriveerde. Ook zag ik beneden in het hotel een lounge area met entertainment, omdat ik per ongeluk verkeerd liep bij vertrek. Ook deze faciliteit heb ik niet benut. Omdat ik laat arriveerde en vroeg weer vertrok. Niettemin, zou ik dit hotel best nogmaals boeken voor een nachtje in Valencia.

Ok aber schade das die Zimmer so schlecht gereinigt werden

Es war ein top modernes Studenten Wohnheim in einer eher einfachen Gegend eher was für Geschäftsreise oder ganz junge Leute Das Bett war super und der Komfort ist da aber Es ist nicht ideal auch wenn der Preis prima war dr haustechniker ist super super

Das Personal ist freundlich und sogar ganz hilfsbereit aber das war’s es interessiert niemanden ob du da bist oder nicht es ist kein Hotel und leider war im ersten Zimmer die Sauberkeit grauenhaft das Klo war schmutzig mit braunen schlieren das Badezimmer war ganz schmuddelig so braune dreckige Fugen schade den so rockt man was eigentlich schönes runter wäre ich Eigentümer würde ich schauen das es sauber ist und bleibt da idtcschade im so ein schönes top ausgestattet Haus

Très bon studio !

Tout : l'amabilité et les renseignements du personnel (surtout de Alex, le réceptionniste), l'équipement du studio, le lit - la literie/le matelas très confortable, l'emplacement.

Le manque de fenêtres : trop peu de fenêtres pour tout le logement, surtout pour la lumière naturelle et l'odeur de neuf (pas génial pour les claustrophobes et les asthmatiques). Petit bémol : la marche (la différence de niveau) à la moitié du studio et le vis-à-vis trop près.
