Highly recommended for its perfect location, smooth check-in, and warm Spanish hospitality.

I believe this is the best accommodation option in Valencia. We only used public transportation once during our stay, because you can reach everything easily and quickly on foot — and it’s honestly the most pleasant way to discover and enjoy Valencia. Being in such a central location and so close to the train station was a huge advantage. We had no issues leaving for the station at 5 a.m., even when the streets were completely empty. The staff sends all the check-in and check-out details one day before arrival, and the entire process is fully digital, which makes everything very smooth and stress-free. Another lovely detail that truly reflects Spanish hospitality is that they offered us complimentary breakfast options, even though breakfast was not included in the price. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay

I stayed in a budget room as a woman travelling alone in September. The room was spacious and had a small balcony which looked over a clean alleyway. The toilet had a large sink, hairdryer, large mirror (very good lighting). The shower was separate, and in the corner of the room (so you step out into the bedroom, which was no issue). The shower was very powerful, takes a minute or so to heat up. The free complementary breakfast (some toast and a hot drink) was a nice unexpected extra. And the man thought brought it to the door was very nice and polite. The bed and pillows were really comfortable! The room also had a fridge which was great. The host was great, very friendly and quickly answered WhatsApps. The check in process was so smooth and easy (a code to open the main door downstairs, a lift to the 1st floor where the rooms are, key safe boxes for each room). The host also sent useful information on the local area and attractions. The location of the rooms is absolutely perfect, on Plaza de la Reina, right by the Cathedral. Lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Easy to get buses from. Nearest metro about 10-15 min walk down a lovely street. I definitely recommend staying at Flats friends 😁

Room was sometimes very hot and couldn't turn the temp down, but soon cooled down when opened balcony door.

Great location, I would come again.

Location was fabulous, being in the centre we knew we would get some noise. But slept well as windows closed kept noise out. Bed comfortable.

Apartment above has washing machine above our room and it started 6am one day and 7am another. Iron but no ironing board. A fridge but a kettle would be useful. I am not sure about Spanish fire laws, but I could see no smoke sectors or alarms in the building.

Perfect location, lovely balcony, lovely people.

Location was perfect, right in the centre of everything. Room was small but we knew this before booking - we wanted the balcony and the location. Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Spoke with 3 members of staff whilst there and they were all lovely. Air conditioning was perfect for July.

The room itself could do with updating slightly, some of the wood is coming away at the bottom of the doors, but certainly nothing to put me off booking again its just cosmetic.

Perfect location to explore València

The property is situated in Plaça de Reina in the heart of the old town perfect for exploring València and within twenty minutes walk from the bus and train stations. Tourist information centre is also very close. It’s perfect location and not noisy even though on main square. Communication with the property management was good.

Lack of facilities (fridge,etc) although these were provided when asked for. Tip to future guests to request on booking or before you arrive.

Conveniently located in the downtown area of Valencia. Beautiful unique room with a mix of Victorian Era decor with modern touches. Very clean.

You are given a passcode to let yourself in. If you are having difficulty getting in, there is no one to help you. They should put a sign on the double glass doors so you know you’re at the right address.

Wonderful location, worst Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi at room never worked out. Staff on our arrival explained that within the price there is free breakfast served at room, and agreed to be served around 10 am, while no one ever brought any breakfast. Someone called next night asking why we have not had breakfast morning before? My point do not rely that you will be served a breakfast

The location is exactly as it says, Plaza de la Reina overlooking the square. We booked a room with the view ideal for people watching from the small balcony creating a great atmosphere. Lovely to wake up with the sun streaming through the window. Great location for everything worth seeing and restaurants.

Perfect hostal!

I booked this place in advance so I had it at a more than fair price considering it’s very very central and almost near everything you would want to visit in Valencia. I love when accommodations offers self check-in/check-out service. Definitely recommended.

Disappointing

The best thing about this accommodation is it's location. It has a very central position next to the cathedral and you can get quickly anywhere. Also check-in process was very smooth. A nice touch is a complementary breakfast, although it consists of a cafe and a very sweet cake. The bathroom is spacious and well equipped. We had a coffee machine in our room and although it had only 4 capsules available, it made us happy.

Despite the good stuff, we were utterly disappointed. It was so noisy, there is probably an industrial elevator for one of the nearest shops placed just in the wall neighboring the hotel building and it was coming up and down every 15 minutes and especially during the night we were unable to sleep. The same applies to the street cleaners who were doing a great job (Valencia is a very clean city), but at 6 am just under our windows and there is a company's seat probably because there were dozens of them every morning. The last bigger thing was the bed which had very uncomfortable pillows.

Great stay and location to explore the city

Position was fantastic, bed was comfy, fantastic view over the Plaza and a cheeky free slice of cake, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice with a stiff coffee to wake upto. Great staff and felt very safe and secure.

NOTHING. It was cracking value. Some may complain about the morning noise (post 07:30) but it was the cafe below opening up, the municipal cleaning the square. It was everyday life happening, it's what you get in a city and not a problem.
