The location is absolutely perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, wash facilities are excellent. WiFi is very good quality with no issues.
There is nothing I didn't like. The location alone is enough for me to be satisfied, but everything else was great. No dislikes at all.

ONLY the location. It s super central.
This is a scam. The room are not at all as in the pictures on booking and on their website. The first night we got a room without the door of the bathroom and without windows. Very very very very dirty. The lady at the reception was very nice though and they changed our room for the second night. Still a room very different from the pictures. Not a real door for the bathroom (you couldn’t close from the inside, someone should push the door from the outside) and still quite old and dirty.

Great location, reasonable price.
Quiet comfortable room. Nice staff
Almost impossible to find at night first time. No signs. Completely dark.
Probably due to local restrictions

The location is excellent for sightseeing in Valencia. Comfortable beds, quiet, good air con. Lovely shower
Our room only had a curtain to the bathroom. We also had no window. The frosted windows were to a utility area. There was light coming in so needs a proper curtain.
Our friends were in 403 which I considered a far superior room.
We only stayed one night on this trip so it wasn't too important but next time I will request a different room.

Central location in old town with historic sites around every corner. Friendly locals. Excellent value for money.
Noise from nearby restaurants late at night, some tiles lifted in shower, no fridge.

Nothing about the hotel aside from its location.
Absolutely horrendous. The room you will get is not on the images so beware. Arrived and were in room 103 which had twin beds, the bedroom was the whole size of the room and had no bedside tables as the room was too small. There was a tiny window opposite the bed that had a lovely view of a wall approx 1 metre away. The floor boards were completely rotten due to the bathroom being sopping wet and full of damp and mould. The bathroom itself had no windows, loose floor tiles that I cut my foot on and the rainfall shower in the ceiling didn’t work so was stuck with a handheld wall mounted shower head that was approx waist height - obviously not great! As other people have mentioned the walls are virtually paper thin so you can hear everyone all night (beware it’s pretty much the level of a hostel so people will be screaming and yelling up and down the stairs all night). We did not sleep a wink in the two nights we stayed. The staff were terrible we were stood at the desk for 10 mins while the lady blew bubbles with bubblegum and texted until we loudly asked her if she could check us in. After going to the room we immediately went back to the lady and said this was not what we booked and were told tough essentially and the only thing they could do was make the bed into one. The bed was rock hard and now had a join in the middle. Says the room comes with a smart tv, it doesn’t which may not matter to some but as I listen to tv to sleep (I have nocturnal epilepsy) and couldn’t. It was my birthday and we had booked this as a base, it ruined my birthday completely as we were so tired from not sleeping. My advice is spend the extra or stay a bit further out, transport and walking around is easy and would have preferred to walk 10 mins more and got some sleep. Have asked for a refund from booking.com

- Amazing central location
- clean, modern rooms
- large TV with netflix and all other apps
- great value considering the location
- friendly staff
- rooms are small and very basic, no counter space or places to hang towels, but still had everything we needed for a short stay

Well-maintained, with a big comfortable bed. High ceiling added some feeling of spaciousness. Located in a lively part of the old city, close to cathedral and other attractions.
It is accurately named “Cosy”.

Location
Staff are not very pleasant. Nowhere to store bags but check in not until 14h and check out 12pm. You have to leave them out in the open and they won’t even allow you to tuck your bag round a corner in reception, it’s completely on display.

The location was very central. Booked the room with the balcony which was a nice big size.
Lucky the balcony was so big because the room size was tiny, barely any room
for our luggage. Bed was so close to the window along one side and wall on the another size it was a struggle to get around (and I’m a small person but still found it awkward to move around). Tiles in the shower were coming off, so much limescale on the shower head and bathroom tap water was squirting off in everything direction.
If you’re a light sleeper be aware of the church bell going off at all hours (12am on a Sunday night).

location was wonderful
There was so much mold in the room. no windows. I tried to cancel a part of my stay and was denied. just because I was worried about my health.

Location is fantastic. Everything else is ok considering the price. You get what you pay for. If you are like me and spend in the hotel only night, this hotel will do the job. There are no luxuries here but I found all the necessities I needed. There are towels, shampoo, shower gel and even a small bottle of mineral water to welcome you. The place is rather clean, however there was a bit of dust in the wardrobe. There is hot and cold water in the shower, hair dryer and storage space plus clothes hangers in the wardrobe.
This concept of using a bath shower curtain instead of door to the toilet is weird. I was traveling solo so it wasn't a big problem for me but I can imagine staying with someone else and listening to the noises from the toilet and, perhaps worse - feeling the smell. The only window in my room was facing the small light inlet (kind of chimney or well). The glass is kind of semi transparent reinforced by metal wires so at least people from different rooms can't see each other's rooms). As I was staying in my room only for few hours during the night, this wasn't really a problem.

The accommodation is very well located, right in the centre of the city.
As we had seen in previous ratings the entrance had a terrible smell. In addition, the rooms had very awkward lighting were you were either in the dark (there is very little natural light) or a ridiculously bright fluorescent light. (a small cheap lamp was in the room but ours didn't work)
The shower is a rain shower but the water pressure was poor as it is evident that the shower head is never cleaned.
The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything in the room beside ours.

Location was good, the terrace is nice.
The toilet and shower are not seperated from the sleeping area. There is pratically no room to even walk around the bed, the door from the toilet does not close and the shower only half works. It was not really clean and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Perfect location on the center of Valencia.
The hall had a really bad smell of sewer and in the room there was some mold on the wall caused by humidity.
The toilet door didn't have the handle so it was impossible to close.

There is no brakfast included. Location is ok.
Room is stuffy with NO windows!! No fresh air whatsoever, and the cleaning ladies kept turning off AC, even when I politely asked to leave it on, while I was away. Wifi connection is zero to none. Beds are ok, place was clean, but that was about it. Avoid the place, if you can.
4.0 / 10.0
it was close to the square
very hard to find, poorly sign posted
we were told we had been upgraded to a superior room , what a laugh
a huge part of the room was taken up by a shower similar to a roman bath
no tiles on the floor and directly above a busy restaurant facing the street with people shouted much of the night
the pillows were so thin and lumpy and the bed was hard and uncle
9.0 / 10.0
The view from the window aswell as the location.
The roof terrace wasn’t open for use.

Just the location was perfect.
It took us around 90mins to find the location of the hotel. We were driving from Madrid and we couldn't find the location from Google maps. I hadto stop 400m away from the hotel, walk to old town and find the hotel and then drive for 15mins to a parking which the hotel had a deal with which was again 700m away.
We were there only for a night for a meeting on Monday morning. I asked for iron and they didnt have it. Although I asked to have it for 8:30am for the morning after to prepare for my meeting they didnt have it prepared to I had to go into a meeting with creased clothes. The staff werent helpful at all.
The night that we checked in after lots of hassle, we had only one small water bottle in our room and we were a couple. I asked for another one at night and they said we have to wait until the morning.
Once again the location was great but the room was SUPER small, NOT clean and not easy to access with the worst service.
