Our rooms were newly renovated. Aircon was great as well as the location.
Although the rooms were newly renovated, we had a leak coming from one of the tiles on the bathroom roof that they didn't get fixed during our stay. We were also told we could check in at 2pm. Two rooms were ready by 3pm and the last room at 4pm after being told 3 different occasions to be patient and it'll be ready soon.. I also asked when I booked to all be on the same floor level which they didn't end up accomodating for.

Comfortable, great location, lovely staff and the roof terrace was a bonus.
We had booked a standard room with a city view and the photo on booking.com showed a light room with a big window. We ended uo with a very dark room with a window that looked out onto a wall (see photo) and the lighting was poor which was disappointing. It was not possible to change rooms as the hotel was full. There was also an awful drainy smell in the reception area - didnt affect our room but very offputting

The location was perfect for getting around the sights of Valencia. There were a number of good restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful and arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport when we left.
Our room was fairly small and felt a bit cramped.
