Vieta pasiekiamumo atžvilgiu tikrai patogi, patys apartamentai patogūs, švaru, tvarkinga.
Trūko paprasto patogumo vonios kambaryje: nebuvo kur pasikabint ar pasidėt rankšluosčių (jokio kabliuko ar paviršiaus), taip pat kur pasidžiovint, atitinkamai ir prausimosi priemones teko dėtis ant grindų dušo kabinoje. Mūsų apartamentai buvo 0 aukšte, tiesiai į praeinamą gatvę tarp namų, tai ryte užuolaidas tik minimaliai praveri, nes visai šalia eina žmonės. viešėjome per Fallas festivalį, tai po langais turėjome tos bendruomenės palapinę ir visą naktį klausėmės linksmybių.
