Nothing to add.

No hot water for 2 days, broken short circuited toaster, lights not working, sloppy cleaning, the room is connected to the street via a huge metal grid, unclean kitchenware, curvy beds like you're falling.. Avoid this if possible. What pissed me off the most was no hot water. Must be a shared tank or something cause that was outrageous. Complained via support they just ignored me.

Valencia in apartment

I liked the possibility of cooking using a completely available kitchenware, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy. Staff promptly answered on my request regarding invoice.

Bed sheets were not very clean (stained) and so were some of the towels, The position was a bit off from the center. It is not an hotel so there is no tidying up of the room or change of sheets/towels during the week.

A good place that could use a few touch-ups, but nothing unbearable. 7/10

Comfortable bed and pillows, spacious shower with good hair dryer, good TV that can be watched from bed, spacious closet, well-equipped kitchen. Not to far from the city centre, also close to stores and public transport stations.

Duvet had no cover - instead it was sandwiched between two light covers which would, of course, move and make a mess each night. We stayed dor 8 nights so 4 towels (2 big and 2 small) were barely sufficient, plus one had to be used as a hand towel as there was no hand towel, also nowhere to put them to dry. The fence was a bit tricky and sometimes it was a bit noisy when people would talk in front of the window, as it is on the street level. No dining table, but the narrow counter served it’s purpose. The sing in the bathroom was leaking a little, but it was bearable.

El que tenga tienda que la atienda

No nos pudimos dar una ducha caliente hasta el ultimo día, después de que mi marido arreglase ÉL el calentador, ademas de que tras hablar en continuas ocasiones no nos dieron ni solución ni respuesta... Considero que eso no es de recibo...

El baño vertia agua...se solucionó Se mancho la alfombra en el arreglo del baño y se acabó el papel higiénico, se solucionó... La tele no funcionaba...NO se solucionó No iba el agua caliente...NO se solucionó

Lola suites un weekend a Valencia

A parte il bagno, tutto il resto era confortevole, accogliente, carino, comodo e pulito. Il letto comodo. Veramente ok

Il bagno era completamente sfornito di accessori (porta asciugamani, portasapone, mensole tra in doccia porta spazzolino) poi era poco illuminato (1 solo faretto) poi la doccia non aveva la porta ed il bagno si allaga. Poiché manca completamente il materiale per le pulizie (Scopa, paletta e mocio) era impossibile asciugare e per soggiorni più lunghi almeno una spazzata è necessario.

Achei muito limpo, quarto bonito e moderno , gostei muito do terraço ter relva e gostei de localização .gostei principal

Gostei do quarto , achei acolhedor e também gostei de localização , muito fácil de ir até ao centro , uns 30 minutos mais ou menos a pé , mas faz-se muito bem :) Fui com o meu cão impecável . Gostei de ser petfriendly , teve uma taxa de 25€ para ter o cão

Não gostei do facto de não ter nada para limpar o chão , visto que tem kitchenete falta uma vassoura ou esfregona para limpar o que sujamos . De não ter mesa também dentro para comermos e só ter no terraço , por acaso estava bom tempo , senão era chato . Não tinha lâmpada também lá fora . Também não gostei de ter pedido check-out tardio visto que tínhamos chegado tarde e era para descansar mais um pouco e disseram que não dava , de qualquer maneira saímos mais tarde e ainda ninguém tinha aparecido .

Faltan detalles y cariño

Cama muy cómoda y buena ducha

Falta mobiliario en el dormitorio. No hay ni una mesilla de noche ni una mesa ni sillas, tuvimos que usar las de la terraza. No tiene luz en las camas, falta un enchufe doble en los cabeceros. La lámpara de pie con esa bombilla de luz fría es horrible e inútil. No hay un perchero, ni dónde colocar toallas ni el papel higiénico. Las plantas muertas de la terraza no aportan y el mobiliario de la terraza es incómodo.

jamais prendre un appart je préfère de loin l'Hotel

l'appartement est bien équipé et propre. la dame est au petit soins. elle a pu gérer un problème dans les toilettes mais par contre on n' pas eu de serviette car les autres étaient sales.

le fait que nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres car l'appartement est au rez de chaussé. les voitures se garaient juste devant nous aves les phares et le bruit de la rue passante.

Deve migliorare di un bel po dal punto di vista igienico

Piccola e accogliente

Che si sentiva un odore forte di fogna dentro la camera e nella parte comune, poi le pulizie in 13 giorni non sono mai venute a farle e un cambio asciugamani lo hanno fatto con supplemento di costo, dopo avere chiamato il proprietario, la carta igienica e il doccia shampoo li abbiamo comprati noi. Nemmeno una bottiglia d acqua fresca ci hanno fatto trovare in frigo. Senza dire di avere trovato un topo nel water dopo 1h di pioggia

Struttura piccola, ma curata. Letto comodo e doccia ampia. A poco più di 1 km dal centro facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata

Mancavano gli strumenti per pulire e un armadio serio, ogni tanto nel corridoio c’era cattivo odore. Finestre non apribili perchè affacciavano direttamente sulla strada

Een prima appartement als ze een aantal issues oplossen.

Het appartement oogt nieuw, het is een hotelkamer met een keukenblokje. De binnentuin is prettig.

De stank in het appartement is erg onprettig; een continue rioollucht, misselijkmakend. De keuken is niet volledig uitgerust, zo heb je maar 2 glazen, 2 mokken en 1 wijnglas en geen kommen (wel 18 borden). Je krijgt geen keukendoeken. Als je dit aangeeft (erom vraagt) bij de eigenaar dan krijg je als antwoord dit zelf maar te kopen in een winkel. Het ligt 40-50 minuten wandelen van het centrum. Het is goed beveiligd; je moet met een sleutel een hek door, een buitendeur en een binnendeur. In geval van nood ben je niet snel weg ivm alle sloten die eerst open moeten.

Agua fria de la pica de la cocina

Las instalaciones me gustaron y los accesorios del apartamento estaban muy bien.

No me gustó que salía el agua hirviendo de la pica para lavar los platos. Era muy incómodo y es digno de revisar ya que no se podía regular. Si la maneta del grifo la ponías en frío, no salía agua. Solo salía el agua en modo caliente y salia muy caliente.

La situació era idonea per la ubicació de les nostres obligacions

En general semblava que encara no estava acabat d'acondicionar per ésser allotjat ( sense penjadors al bany ni a la dutxa, sense sabó de mans, sense drap ni baieta a la cuina, sense una taula en condicions ni espai per encabir-la, sols una balda estreta amb dos tamborets...)

El apartamento estaba equipado con lo justo y necesario para descansar y conocer Valencia. La ubicación es perfecta, muy bien conectado y cerca del centro pero no lo tanto para interrumpir el sueño. Fue muy cómodo y lindo, sin dudas repetiré mi visita 😁

El apartamento nos ha gustado mucho, es muy nuevo y estaba muy limpio. La ubicación está bastante bien, cerca del centro y con muchos servicios alrededor. Repetiremos seguro.
