Excellent location. The room is modern, excellent temperature especially for winter, not humid at all even though it rained half of day and night. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great, great quality cosmetics, clean linens. We could enter the room at 12:45, when the checkin started at 3PM. Very much appreciated. Online building service is efficient.

Cleaning - there is room for improvement, some questionable hair on the toilet seat, dust on the furniture. On the window sill there was some underwear hanging in the rain. Also we booked a room showing a big chair, obviously bigger in the picture, while the room we got was smaller, no room for a chair like the one in the booking picture.

Highly recommended

I recommend staying in this establishment ! The check in and checkout are autonomous so you receive a code to have access to the building and the room and you just scan a QR code to check out. Eveything was clean and neat and it looks exactly like the pictures, it's perfectly situated in the heart of beautiful Valencia and it was close to the main landmarks of the city (we only took the bus to the city of arts and sciences).

Modern and independent/flexible stay, great and quiet location

The modern and new vibe. The location is perfect, you can easily walk to nearby attractions or public transportation (5/10 min walk). Big room. That they do everything digital, so you’re independent and flexible! I was even able to check in more early. You’re also able to leave luggage in the big/medium sized lockers (if available). And they also have restrooms in the lobby, in case you want to n freshen up before going to the airport for example, and when already checked out. They also put a big bottle of water for you in the room, I always love that little extra convenient service! Just a tip: it would be nice if they would have a vending machine in the lobby (now they have coffee (Nespresso) and tea, but no refreshments or some snacks for example would be nice) 😊

The ceilings make a little bit a cracking noise. Didnt wake me up tho. And the floor was still dusty after asking them to clean it again (since my baby is crawling on the floor now, for myself it wouldn’t matter since I’m always walking with in house flip flops anyway)

A very beautiful and modern hotel in the heart of the city

The hotel is amazing, we loved it. It has a very beautiful and relaxing lounge with coffee and tea, and lockers to leave our stuff for some hours after the check-out. The room was so beautiful, it was small but it was very practical and had everything you need. It had a desk, which is really rare to find, and very much needed when travelling for work. It had espresso machine, coffee, tea and cups and glasses. It also had a small fridge. The bathroom was spacious with all the necessary toiletries. The hotel was also very very clean, and there was a room in the ground floor with stuff you might need, like an iron. Overall my experience was very positive.

I don't like the lack of someone in the reception and that when you communicate with the helpdesk, you first discuss with a bot. I needed a change in my reservation and although in the end an actual employee provided me with a solution, it was a little bit frustrating, because you were chatting with different people and you had to update them about your request etc. The stuff was very helpful, I just didn't like the procedure. I would prefer to have someone in the premises or at least don't chat with a bot.

Great stay in Valencia

I had a great stay at numa Valencia La Xerea. The room was modern, clean, and had everything I needed — good air conditioning, a clean bathroom, and nice extras like extra towels, tea, coffee, and an iron. Everything felt fresh and new. Highly recommend!

They offer a locker, which is a great feature. However, even though the main door uses a code, it seems quite easy for external people to access, so I’d recommend not leaving high-value items in the lockers.

Lovely stay in Valencia, good room!

Good location in central Valencia. Clean room with decent facilities. Easy access and good communication for check-in.

No staff, we didn’t have any issues but would’ve been nice to see some staff. No regular cleaning of the room- again not an issue for us cos we weren’t staying for very long, but would be nice to have the option. Room was pretty small.

Barracones para guiris peor que airbnb

Todo. Publicidad engañosa. Desayuno a 500 metros. Ruidoso. Sin personal, literalmente. Guiris borrachos a los que no se puede impedir que te hagan la noche imposible. No se limpia la “habitación” (son barracones). Te “atienden” (más bien te torean) desde un WhatsApp desde Alemania. Modelo de negocio buitre. No es un hotel, es un timo. Experiencia terrible.

La camera era al pian terreno in un cortile senza luce ed aria era un garage riadattato. La camera non era come quelle delle foto del sito della prenotazione. Pubblicità ingannevole

No es un hotel, es una habitacion.

Limpio y centrico. Cama muy comoda.

Pagas a precio de hotel pero en realidad estas alquilando una habitacion, el desayuno es en un bar cerca del hotel, pagas 15 euros para no poder elegir lo que comer, no te limpian la habitacion (solo cada 7 dias) y no hay personal, cualquier cosa que necesitas tienes que hablarlo por whatsapp con un ordenador. No volveria, la proxima vez por el mismo precio alquilo un apartamento o un hotel de verdad, como los de antes.

Belle établissement confortable, bonne literie chambre coquette salle de bain spacieuse, avec un système d'entrée moderne idéalement place dans la ville de Valence a deux pas du centre a pieds.

l'application n'est pas en français le petit déjeuner n'ai pas très pratique je ne l'ai d'ailleurs pas trouver l'isolation de la lumière n'est pas top et on peux entendre les autres locataires.

Chambre confortable, mais nous ne retournerons pas dans cet établissement déshumanisé.

Nous avions payé le petit déjeuner pour deux personnes pour deux jours. Malheureusement l'heure d'ouverture de l'établissement qui ne nous avait pas été communiquée, était trop tardive. Nous avons donc dû y renoncer.

L'absence totale de contact humain nous a fort déplu. Pour obtenir un renseignement concernant la consigne des bagages nous avons appelé le numéro allemand indiqué sur la confirmation de réservation. Mais la communication était tellement mauvaise que nous n'avons pas compris la réponse.

Comfortabel hotel in hartje centrum

Ruime kamer met een Frans balkon aan de voorzijde. Heerlijk bed en fijn beddengoed. Heel schoon. Ruime badkamer met een fijne regendouche. Super centrale ligging in het centrum van Valencia. Het hotel heeft geen receptie, je komt binnen via een code of via de app. De app bevat alle info die je nodig hebt. Er wordt niet standaard dagelijks schoongemaakt, je kunt dit wel aanvragen via de app en dan kost het 10€. Maar schone handdoeken, toiletpapier, koffie etc. is te vinden in de kast beneden in de lobby.

Pas de service de ménage pendant le séjour (je ne crois pas avoir vu cette particularité au moment de la réservation). Et rien dans la chambre pour faire un peu de ménage soi-même. Le petit déjeuner servi dans un autre établissement situé à 200 mètres, qui n’ouvre qu’à 9h.

Locatie vlak bij het centrum. Alle bezienswaardigheden te voet berekbaar. Fijn dat je binnen kwam met een pincode. Ijskast aanwezig. We hadden de beschikking over een grote kamer met een bed met een goede matras.

Er werd niet gepoetst. We hebben ook gedurende het verblijf geen schone handdoeken gekregen.

La arquitectura del edificio y su ubicación son de muy buena calidad , la cama y almohadas muy cómodas de muy buen nivel .

No me gusta que no haya personal y que todo se haga atrás de chats y lockers incluso el suministro de toallas , no me hicieron la habitación ni un solo día en mi estancia de tres noches .

Были обнаружены множественные пятна на выстиранном постельном белье. На след день белье поменяли, персонал принес извинения - ситуация была решена. Не понравилось общение в чате с ботом: он недоработан. Но если настоять на общении с живым персоналом, то коммуникация отличная.

Silenzioso - tv, comodini, asciugacapelli, shampoo balsamo e bagno doccia, crema per il corpo, asciugamani - check in e check out in completa autonomia - deposito bagagli GRATUITO - possibilità di check out posticipato Tutto online, senza attesa senza chiavi con codice di accesso, veloce pulito e comodo. La posizione perfetta, in centro ma arrivano sia motorini che automobili nel caso vi fosse la necessità di un uber. Bello

- frigo bar non raffredda, è vero che non è sempre un requisito fondamentale ma con 40 gradi, avere un bel mini frigo per i ghiaccini e per l’acqua è molto comodo - avrei messo una scopa e paletta per permetterci di togliere la sabbia - le pareti non sono insonorizzate ma forniscono i tappi per le orecchie - non ci sono tapparelle entra la luce

struttura nuova, moderna, ben arredata con stile.

Tutto completamente digitalizzato, abbiamo avuto alcune richieste da gestire e disagi (come il black out in spagna e come ad esempio acqua che scendeva dal piano superiore) e l'unico modo di essere assistenti era tramite assistente virtuale, quindi è stato gestito ma parlare con qualcuno fisicamente è sicuramente più facile e immediato. è facile per persone giovani, ma immagino di disagio per persone con meno dimestichezza con il mondo informatizzato/digitale. Peccato non avere anche la possibilità di fare colazione
