The staff went out of their way to be helpful, always pleasant and the room was totally silent.

The breakfast was well worth 16 euros/day. Several courses and you could order as much as you like (e.g. more than one thing that appealed on a course's options). The location cannot possibly be beat as its so close to the Mercado Central, and so many fine restaurants and stunning architecture.

I was hoping for a hot jacuzzi dip but the temperature to be sure suitable for all was way too low for me to enjoy. I was in jacuzzi for less than a minute. I am used to 102 or 103 degrees but this doesn't suit everyone. I understand.

The provided WiFi is an insult! When it worked, the maximum speed was 0.3 mb There is also lack of light in the bathroom making difficult to shave myself in front of the mirror

Amazing central location. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see in the centre and easy access to transport links to airport and beach/port and Science Park!

We loved our stay at the MYR apartments at Grand mercado. Definitely recommend for families traveling with kids.

The apartment was great - in addition to the perfect location, we really enjoyed the space itself - master bedroom plus a living area with a pullout couch for the kids, classic floor-to-ceiling windows with balconies on both. Two full bathrooms, one of them with a balcony that made it feel extra special. Sparkling clean, housekeeping was amazing. The staff were also fantastic– so kind and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything and gave us great tips on how to start exploring Valencia. We felt cared for from the moment we arrived.

The high tech gym with towel service, spa with bathrobe service, the sport facilities, and the general manager’s attitude and drive. This accommodation has amazing potential and I will return in 6 months to test it out and see how they have progressed.

WThe receptionist at check in. After spending 20 minutes to locate him I was told to unfold and make my own sofa-bed when staying in the suite. No hello or welcome. No explanation of anything e.g. breakfast times, facilities, location of room etc. No help with suitcases. Very rude person overall throwing passports back at you. Alvaro, the other receptionist, did fantastic. The hotel also needs to learn to link systems as the facilities are all stand alone technology making it hard to have a seamless experience. Order here, pay there etc. spa doesn’t know who you are or have access to the facilities as the systems are not linked etc. Food is too plain and does not beat a Pepe bar. They can definitely do better. The coffee is good.

Terrific location, nice room, excellent staff but an underwhelming gym and spa.

We stayed 5 nights. The hotel was very close to most important monuments. Our room was very spacious, overlooked the market square and it was very bright. Every member of the staff was excellent. They were accommodating, polite, provided restaurant recommendations. The gym was very simple and uninviting and poorly equipped. The spa was a mixed bag. The steam room barely had any steam, but the jacuzzi and the waterfall treatment were terrific. The spa was also a bit worn. The breakfast was plentiful, a la carte and the food was good. The restaurant served very good meals.

Superb

Rooms were large and comfortable. Location was excellent right near the Plaza del Mercado and walking distance everywhere. The staff were friendly and very helpful on the front desk 24/7, which provided a sense of ease at any time you came back to the hotel, especially late at night.

It’s not surprising with the location being so central and the summer evenings very festive, it can get noisy at night so if you’re a light sleeper, would recommend earplugs.

Great location, great place to stay.

The hotel is well located near the city sights. Easy walking to the market, restaurants, and points of interest. A bus takes you to the beach or the modern science museum, 3d iMax theater, and Ocenarium. The room was very quiet, spacious and clean, with a coffee maker. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was far more than we needed. We just selected the options we wanted. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Can't think of anything that could be improved. Everything was good.
