Great price for location

The location was great. Close to all the main attractions but still very quiet. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and the online check in was handy as I was arriving late, my key was ready for me when I arrived so could go straight to my room.

Centrally located, close to many attractions

Friendly staff, location surrounded by restaurants, stores, and markets.

The hotel should provide a geolocation or point of reference for travelers arriving by car. I arrived in an Uber and the address took us to a complete different place. The driver was kind enough to keep driving until we ended on a street not meant for cars and cops came immediately. Once I made it to the front desk, the person there was also trying to give directions to someone that was lost and couldn't find the hotel. I've stayed in many places, and if they don't have vehicular access, they share either a point of reference, the google maps code, or send a message with specific arrival instructions. This was the only thing missing for a perfect stay.

Comfortable stay near the start of the plaza, close to attractions

It was huge and spacious. Location was absolutely perfect, right in front of the plaza.

The floors were extremely cold and no slippers or carpets were provided. The lighting were also an issue, and lacked night lights too. Other than that it was great.

Location was great! Exterior of the building is beautiful and our room was very nice. Only stayed one night before leaving Valencia, so didn't really get to enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again, though, just in a different room.

We were put in a wheelchair accessible room (which we didn't require), so while it was spacious, the sink was low, the shower was walk-in, which is fine, but you need to be careful with the water, and the handshower was so high, that I could barely reach it. The hot water pressure wasn't great, the cold was great, but cold! The AC/heat didn't seem to work very well.

A very comfortable stay, well located with a great room.

Host was great, friendly and hospitable. Location was brilliant and soundproofing great, inspite of being located in a happening place in city centre. Room layout nice, well recored, upholstered and with coffee maker. While the lift was inoperable on day-1 perhaps due to maintenance issue on Sunday, the host was kind enough to help with my partners suitcase. The same was fixed the day we were departing, that was on Monday.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town, friendly staff, decent sized room. Appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. Reasonably priced and a good value breakfast at 8€ (at time of writing)

Great location. Worried it might be noisy at night, but it was quiet. Large room with tub in the room to relax after a long day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower wasn't completely clean. The fridge didn't work. The internet was very slow (It may have been the building or just not properly set up for wi-fi for all the rooms. The beds were hard.

Central, affordable in historic old town so can be noisy

Very central, comfy beds, spacious bedroom, decent view of the old town, relatively cheap

There was a funky sewage smell in the lobby. The church bells & street cleaners are quite loud early in the morning so bear that in mind if you like your lie-ins and are a light sleeper. The shampoo/bath gel really dried out our skin.

It was quiet and well located, room was big.

Mattress of the queen-size bed was worn out, so one side was very uncomfortable as it fell downwards, you had to sleep in the middle of the bed. There were hairs found at my arrival: between the mattress protector and the fit-sheet there were hairs, in the corner of the shower there were hairs, .... worse possible finding when you check in in a hotel room. Cleaning should be checked more thoroughly and supervised better. Guests are not dumb to see that under the sheet is not clean.

I was staying there with my 4 month old baby and i have to say i didn't expect all this: Absolutely love the place and location. Room was perfect and spot on clean. Stuff amazing really lookafter us:) we really appreciate that,so Thank you so much for make ouer time so so special:) we will definitely go back again ,and recommend this place:)
