A fantastic surprise in Valencia!

The property seems simple but it has som much potential and it is so well located, the staff is available 24/7 and they are very friendly!! Totally recommend it!!!

Ok place to stay

Good location

The hotel has a certain charm and the price is quite reasonable, but my stay wasn’t very comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable, and overall the bed didn’t provide good rest. I could hear everything from the street — especially early in the morning when cars started passing by — which made it hard to sleep. The property itself is pleasant but definitely not very new, and some updates would make the experience much better. Another interesting detail: if any of your friends want to visit you even for 10 minutes, you have to register them with their ID card. I understand the idea of safety, but it feels a bit excessive.

Comfortable and relatively quiet given the busy location which was perfect for getting around the city (great city!) Pleasant reception staff and excellent roof terrace bar. All very good for a three star hotel.

Poor attention to cleaning, poor selection of teas (fruit and herb teas only and no milk powdered or otherwise) no coffee either. Very hard towels.

Location is great and very easy to find. Room was on the small side but comfortable. Roof top bar is definitely a plus.

Bathroom was a bit dirty along the floorboards.

A comfortable hotel in a perfect location.

A great base to explore València, comfortable room. Brilliant location and great to be able to relax in the pool after sight seeing in the heat.

A couple of loungers near the pool would have been nice but great to have an afternoon cocktail sitting in the pool.

Short break to Valencia

Welcome Agua de Valencia cocktail in the rooftop bar. All staff were excellent. Room and bathroom were very nice.

No mention of road noise in hotel description and no coffee or milk provided in room. Also deposit for pool towels quite expensive.

Great location and lovely staff

Super location at top of old town. Lovely friendly staff. We arrived prior to check in time but were delighted when informed by Manuel our room was ready. Manuel was very helpful explaining all to us. Beds comfortable, lovely sized bathroom and shower. Roof top bar a nice spot to hang out for a few hours but do be aware pool is not big so really just for sitting in.

We were very aware noise could be an issue as the hotel is on a main road circling the city and our room faced onto it with a balcony. Closing windows and shutters helped and the air con was excellent. The pros of the area and location outweighed the noise issue.

Perfect for a city trip

nice and clean rooms, very friendly personnel, breakfast was also great for 12€ and we booked it spontaneously a couple of times. Transport to the airport was organised easily

Her friendly and professional attitude made all the difference, and we are so grateful to Neyvel for everything she did for us. Another outstanding team member was Manuel, who also provided us with excellent and thoughtful service throughout our stay. Wonderful stay in sunny Valencia

The rooftop pool and bar was fantastic to be able to use on a hot day in Valencia. Air con worked very well in the room. Manuel was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating! A credit to your hotel team.

Nice, modern, clean, comfortable.

The hotel is nice, modern, clean. Room was spacious and well equipped. Location is very close to the city center (few steps from Porta Serrano, one of the old gates of the city) on a busy road (fortunately my room was overlooking a side street). Breakfast, included in my room rate, was good. Staff is attentive and give helpful information. Air conditioning works well too. There is a nice rooftop terrace, where they offered us a nice welcome aperitivo.

If you are especially sensitive to noise, the rooms overlooking the busy street on the front could be a problem.

Lovely little place in the heart of the old town

Location great for trips as pick up point outside but not near a metro . Really comfy beds and good size room . Quiet and staff really friendly. Fab location for the old town with bars and restaurants close by

Wish the pool opened at 8am as opening at 10am is too late and it would be nice to have a dip before it gets too hot

The location is great

When I arrived the bed was hair and in the towels, was not enough body wash and there is no hand wash after 2 days of telling the reception she provided me with kit witch is very nice of her. The breakfast the food was old and the chairs was dirty I had only one time breakfast then I went out.

Little gem of a hotel with great location

Amazing little hotel with great location for the Carmen and old town area. It's really easy to walk to a lot of sights and restaurants aswell as use the public transport for beach and airport. We had a room with a small balcony and views to the Turia park.nice spacious rooms with a nice bed and large bathroom. Great with the rooftop bar with good cocktails and the plunge pool.

Just have in mind that there is a road in front of the hotel, so the traffic can be noisy. No issue for us and using earplugs anyway.

Nice hotel, would stay again

The hotel is centrally located, clean, modern, comfortable. There is a rooftop bar/pool area with nice views. Tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was not included in my rate, but not expensive as an extra expense and had a good selection.

Sound proof not good. Can hear everything outside my door. The hand-washing sink is clogged, water flows down super slow. I told the frontdesk to send someone to check but the problem remained when I came back, with no update from them.

Well located and charming with little improvements to make

The staff were lovely. The location is superb, right in the centre and I enjoy the fact that they have a terrace with a lap pool.

The swimming pool was a lap pool. I couldn’t actually swim (maybe it was me that hasn’t checked properly). Our room was doing an horrible noise now and then from the ventilation ( it seems a drilling at night) and the windows are not well isolated, so it was really noisy. Regarding cleaning itself, I left the towels in the floor and they folded and put them back. Quite unhygienic. They then fixed when I mentioned but broke a little bit my confidence in the hotel.

The location is excellent. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The staff are very friendly especially Manuel.

Location and size of room was great

Air conditioning was not working. Asked 4 times for it to be resolved and each time given a different answer. Had to sleep with window open but it’s in a busy area so I slept at best 3 hours a night. Asked to speak to manager but was told this wasn’t possible.

There are a lot to improve

The hotel has a good location, and the terrace is a nice touch. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. Our room had no natural light, which made it feel quite dark. The bed sheet had some stains, the sink wasn’t draining properly, and we couldn’t turn off the bathroom light, which was inconvenient. These details could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

Bad, claustrophobic, internal room that was in no way value for money.

Only the location

Be very careful booking here! We were allocated a tiny shoebox room with an internal window leading to an air vent. It was claustrophobic and when we challenged them on it they didn’t have any other options and were told it was in the small print of the messages they sent after our booking. Also the swimming pool is the size of a bathtub.

Fabulous hotel would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends

Loved the location, close to the historic centre and shopping area. Very comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast for only €9 each. Bus stop right outside which takes you to the beach area as well.

Great location, nice base for a long weekend.

Great location, decent room. Staff were really helpful with any queries including having our air con turned down and missing towels. Read alot of complaints about noise, there is some and you can hear other doors slamming (4th floor) but not people and zero issues from the bar upstairs.

A couple of days the towels smelt abit musty but nothing major!

The staff were lovelly, prompt service and very accomodating. The pool and roof top seating area was great for relax and waiting to check in.

The shower space was a small with the disabled seat that wouldn't fold up. Air-conditioning I'm my room wasn't sufficient with the summer heat.
