Great stay in Valencia

We loved the location and the fact that there was parking under the hotel, which cost about 19 euros per night. Our room was huge with a massive bed and a balcony. Loved the modern bathroom too. There was a kettle and some coffee in the room, as well as a mini fridge/mini bar. All the staff we encountered were super friendly too.

The WiFi didn’t appear to be working and the bathroom sink drained very slowly.

Fabulous location, wonderful helpful staff, rooms modern spacious with a well stocked fridge, complimentary snacks and cleaned every day. Roof top pool a great bonus, good breakfast. The option for late checkout is well worth it.

Maybe the addition of muesli to the breakfast bar would have been nice? There was a sign saying to ask for an anything you wished for but didn’t want to trouble the staff.

Better than at home

The hotel has an atmosphere where you are expected, welcomed. Location - "creme de la creme" all is around of 15 min walk (sightseeings of old town, restaurants, bars), water with lemon wait you on the reception, staff is very friendly and helpful, as for me, very comfortable bed.

Great hotel in the centre of Valencia at a reasonable price.

Great accommodation at a very reasonable price, practically in the centre of Valencia. The hotel looks almost like new, the rooms are clean, spacious and newly decorated. The breakfast was really exceptional, as was the great and helpful staff. You can park in the hotel's underground garage, which is very convenient.

Our room had windows facing a side street, but that's the logical toll of the hotel's location.

Not great value more a 3 star property, not enough staff , missing out on public areas including roof top bar, no service more a phone service , leading to no atmosphere . Staying six nights charging for water after the first night , when they have a kettle for coffee making

Great location, nice hotel, unnecessary flaws.

Location of the hotel is brilliant.

Two things spoiled the experience a tiny bit: 1. the garage features 4 charging places for electric cars. None of which are functioning, so I could not charge my car. What an unnecessary waste. 2. While we spent almost all day outside, one day we were in the room refreshing for 10 min when the cleaning lady wanted to come - despite saying she’ll do it later, the room was not attended and taken care of.
