The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the facilities was excellent. Great location. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special. My daughter was treated with a bottle of champagne on her birthday that was totally unexpected. Will definitely use Vincci hotels again.

Great location, clean room with good facilities
Can hear street noise a bit much, even with door fully shut. noise from hotel corridors can also be heard from the room, people talking, doors banging etc.

Great location but expected more for the price we paid. I would have expected water coolers as a minimum and not having to pay for water. Only shampoo in the bathrooms. Very poor
