Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is located in the centre of Valencia, close to all the shops and places of interest.

We loved the location and the fact that there was parking under the hotel, which cost about 19 euros per night. Our room was huge with a massive bed and a balcony. Loved the modern bathroom too. There was a kettle and some coffee in the room, as well as a mini fridge/mini bar. All the staff we encountered were super friendly too.
The WiFi didn’t appear to be working and the bathroom sink drained very slowly.

Great location, good parking in garage under the hotel with direct access, friendly and helpful staff, decent lunch options and great breakfast choice
