Nice bedroom with a kitchenette in it but the bed linen lets it down and left us disappointed.

no breakfast included

The bed linen was of the poorest quality, completely washed out. Had it was mine it would have long since been recycled as cleaning cloths. Given that it is probably hired there is no excuse for this. A word with the supplier could solve this. Also we were there for 5 nights and we were left 2 shampoo and 2 shower gels in total. No hand soap either so we ended up buying our own toiletries. This was advertised as a 4 star premium apartment but on the above it certainly did not live up to its marketing. I would have ignored the lack of toiletries if the bed linen had been of a decent quality. On the Sunday we had occasion to have lunch beside the SH Hotel (5 star) it was advertising rooms for that night online at €216, we paid €204.51 including discounts for the apartment. Really feeling cheated.

Well the location is good. It was spacious.

There was no lobby at all, no reception. The sofa bed for my other other was not ready, because I registered there for 3 people and I have to request for bed sheet, blanket and 2 pillows. There was no thick blanket as well, I also requested for that but was only given 1, so I use the towel on top of my daughter's thin blanket to keep her warm in the evening. Because if we off the air-conditioner, it will be hot.

Great location, walking distance to old town and the very nice central mercat. Room was ok, modernistic design.

We loved it!

Since the location is in the centre it couldn't be better. Apartment was really clean, bed is big and comfortable, I think that kitchen has everything even for preparing the meal. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Building has an elevator and doors are keyless (you receive a code). Really nothing to complain about!

The location was great - really close to the train station. The room was really nice and it was really easy to get into our room with the instructions we were sent via whatsapp. Also there’s free wifi and free luggage lockers which were really useful.

It just fell short. Nothing specific. didn't have some basics in provisions and could have elevated to a mucher higher level. didn't have a bottle opening in a self catering apartment - we bought loo roll - just lacked the final finish and if you ran into problems sometimes the whatapp was non responsive. We were back for 9 days in January and chose to stay somewhere else

Would stay here again!

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. A door code was provided to access the building, and another for the room. There is a lockable luggage storage if arriving early. Brilliant location very close to the main bars and restaurants.

The view was a little disappointing, but we didn't spend much time in the room so this wasn't an issue. The walls are also very thin so when the cleaners started cleaning other apartments the following morning it was very loud and disturbing.

We had a luxurious apartment, has everything you need, big TVs, A/C, kitchen, walk-in shower, big comfty bed. Check-in is done through the phone so you don't actaully meet anyone which I liked.

The bathroom sink was in the living room. Unfortunate design. But everything is great otherwise.

+ great location just in the centre + super comfy bed pillow sand blankets + 4 sets of plates/cutlery/cups/glasses available + water boiler and Nespresso machine; frying pan; 3 pots and chopping board and big knife available + TV with basic programs

- no contact with hosts- check in purely through WhatsApp where you need to send your ID pictures (not completely safe!) - if you didn't pay through booking.com they will send you a link to a random website to pay for your stay (not really safe? ) - at least for my room- just in front of my door there was a massive ventilator making insane amount of noise for the whole night- if you are sound sensitive at night- take ear plugs - very dark rooms- pics were very misleading - water pressure (despite being on 1st floor) was so low it was difficult to wash hair :)

Location excellent , room excellent , easy access, very safe. Walls thin and could hear noise upstairs and next door. Did not check on booking to know if outside access or views , none and I missed that. No fault of the property. Everything very easy and most enjoyable stay.

Very central

The location is excellent, very central, just a few minutes walk from all attractions. It is also close to several metro stations. The room decor is nice and the bathroom is spacious enough.

The apartment we were given, although similar in size, did not have the booked disposition. Instead of a round table, there was a table against the wall under the TV and the kitchen in front of the bed, which was not pleasant in either case. There were also no outlets next to the table which is a problem if you go to work. Crockery was minimal. It consists of 4 flat plates, 3 deep plates, 4 small cups (no saucer) and 4 huge bowls (?). There were no dessert plates, coffee cups, dessert cutlary, milk/coffee mugs, a serving plate or small bowls. No toaster or a dishcloth. Very uncomfortable to even have a simple snack in the room. Little things that would have made a difference.
