The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything you might need when visiting Valencia, including bus stops, the metro, restaurants and the city centre.
The service was fantastic. The receptionists, Vicente and Leandro, were very friendly and helpful, always giving us useful information and recommendations. They were also very flexible, as we had to arrange a late check-out, and the whole process was very easy and smooth.
The breakfast was very good, and the lady serving breakfast was also very kind and welcoming.
The room was spacious, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was excellent as well, with very good water pressure.
We hope to come back again many times. Valencia is already a beautiful city, but when you stay in a hotel where everything works so well, it makes the experience even better.

It was a good-sized room with an excellent, if snug, bathroom. The reception staff were very good and helpful. Great location within walking distance of pretty much anything you would want to see and near a Metro to go further afield. Nice desk and chair - I had to do some work. A goof contemporary hotel.
To be honest it might have been better without a window, the room was so dark, looking out into the back of other buildings. I wasn't sure that someone couldn't see in so had the blind closed anyway.
The only light was a bit bright for my taste. A bedside lamp would have ben more relaxing.

I like that everything was there and things to do and to see.
I didn’t like the beach area close to where we were staying, it didn’t look attractive enough.
