Room smells of sewer.

The location is good.

The bathroom and room smells of sewer. The room was small and needs another eletric outlet. Everything is old. The hallways and elevator are narrow. There is an ac only for cool air.

The location is great! The room is a bit uncomfortable, but it's okay to stay for a couple of days.

- The location is simply superb! The central square is 6 minutes away, and all the main attractions are nearby. There are also supermarkets and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. - Pros: 24-hour reception. - Helpful staff always ready to help. - There is an elevator.

There are a lot of minor issues. - No kettle, even though the website says there is one. - The breakfast is disgusting. Croissants in bags, no vegetables, cheese, sausage, or eggs. - The room is very small. - No outlet near the bed, making it difficult to charge a phone. - The pillows are incredibly uncomfortable, high and hard. I used my jacket instead. - The window faces a wall. - The bathroom faucet roars like Niagara Falls. - There was no soap (only shampoo and shower gel). - The internet connection on the third floor was barely working. - There are no shelves in the closet to put clothes.

Short stay!

Great central location and lovely staff!! It’s good for a night or two!

There was only one plug in the whole room which was next to the entrance door. The wifi hardly worked and the taps in the bathroom were dripping all night. I would keep in mind the walls are thin. My partner and I were talking to family at 9:30pm and the neighbour was banging on the wall.

Great short stay

The hotel location is amazing, the hotel staff is very friendly especially “Yamo” hopefully the name is correct is the guy at the front office desk. He was all the time helpful and friendly.

Horrible customer service.

We were travelling, one adult and two children. Originally, they had agreed we could rent one double room. On arrival they obliged us to pay for another room. So, we had to pay for a second room, although we only used one room of the two. Ridiculous!

The Awful staff who joked about my luggage and bike being stolen

Very central. The member of staff at the desk at the night was very friendly. He gave me a new room despite my first room smelling quite badly. The room had a very dark window of an alley.

The member of staff in the morning was extremely unprofessional. He told me that my bike had been stolen and taken for a ride by one of his friends. This is my bike with all my possessions in the store room and worth the world to me and financially a lot. He continued this joke for around 30 seconds leaving me starting to panic and get angry until he opened another room and told me it was there. Then he got angry when I attaching my bike bag in the storerokm which just takes 2 minutes and forced me to do it in the hall. He then said he didn't care that my bike was worth so much. I had to confront him that the joke was not funny, or professional and he showed little sign of seeing it was wrong, until I pressed the issue further.

Very convenient location, but didn't get a good night sleep!

Great location and an economical hotel for a short stay.

Walls seem paper thin and when you have neighbours who come in at 03.45 (both nights!) and wake you up as they start banging away like rabbits, it doesn't make for a good night's sleep. So future guests, please have a little courtesy for the other guests.

Great place for Valencia sightseeing

Hostel location is great and it’s really easy to get there. Rooms were perfectly fine, had all we needed and were clean. Cleaning ladies are really wonderful, making sure that everything was tidy. Reception was 24h, staff was super nice and helpful. The thing that surprised us was that everytime before leaving the hostel, we had to leave the key at the reception. We also had a breakfast in hotel once - it was quite basic, but tasty and perfectly fine for a few days :)

Walls were quite thin, therefore we’ve heard other guests talking loudly and everything what was happening in the hall (especially smashing door).

Great location at a reasonable price. Facilities are clean and well kept, although not like shown in pictures. Easy access in central Valencia. Staff always available.

Lift broke down during my short stay, I don't know how often it happens but be aware you may have to go up and down the narrow stairs. No water offered in the bedroom. Very few options for food and drinks offered at the vending machine.

it wasn’t that clean there was a lot of noises all the time i took a hotel room to sleep and just slept 1 hour because of how loud the noises are the rooms are hear through i could hear people talking on the phone and music and so on it didnt have a lot of things that you would need

Central location and helpful staff.

Far too noisy, TINY room and beds as hard as the floor. Neither my colleague nor I, who stayed in different parts of the accommodation could sleep due to loud voices and general noise, music being played well into the morning, banging of doors etc.

Hotel with Good Location + Clean but old decor

The hotel has the perfect location with easy access to restaurants, metro, bus stops, clubs, bars and must-see spots. When it comes to cleanliness they are perfect, everyday they change linen and towels and cleaned well the room. You pay for the location + cleanliness!

The bed was not comfortable at all, with very poor pillows! The decor is very old, looks better in the pictures but everything is old. The wall sockets are old and not sturdy, one night it sparked too. Not very safe.

Location as it was very central to the city and easy access to metro and all areas of interest. Reasonably priced

Breakfast was very basic and very poor - no fresh produce available apart from the odd orange in the fridge. Very limited choice. Basically only bread and that was presented as slices of bread wrapped in plastic !! Coffee was only thing worth having. Bedrooms do not have hanging tags for the door so the room was not even made up !!!
