The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was decently stocked for one or two people. The bed was fantastic!
The "outdoor space" was a little misleading. It's a common space, that has very limited hours as some rooms open onto it. Was too cold this time of year to use it but in warmer weather, I'd have been a bit disappointed.

The location is good especially as it is next to our favourite cocktail bar. This is only about a 10 minute walk into the centre. The shower is excellent and the bathroom is spacious. The bed is comfortable but the mattress needs turning as there is a dip in the middle and we end up rolling together every night into the centre!
It is quite claustrophobic and you would not want to spend much time here. It was fine for two nights there is virtually no room in the mezzanine and getting out of bed was difficult as you had to shuffle down to the bottom to get down the stairs, which are steep and painted black which does not help in the middle of the night when you want to go to the bathroom. There is a coffee machine but no coffee pods were provided which seems to make it rather pointless. There is no draining board nor is there any tea towel to dry any pots. It would have been nice to have a welcome bottle of water in the fridge and some coffee and milk. Compared to other places we have stayed in Valencia I think it is overpriced for what it is I think young people in their 20s might find it okay. I also prefer it when you are welcomed by an actual human being at the apartment. Communication with the company was good though and they were usually quick to respond. I think there is work to be done to make it a more comfortable apartment.
