Cool lofts are Coolio!

Good location. Interesting flat. Had all the basic necessities with the small kitchenette.

Stairs could use some reinforcing. Pillows were hard for some tastes. Hand soap in the bathroom for handwashing would be appreciated.

Comfortable stay, good location, good value

The property was perfect for me. I just needed a place to rest, I spent 90% of my time outside. It was very comfortable and had AC which doubled as a heater for the evenings and a nice shower

I think they could look at replacing the door to the room; and the window with a more soundproof alternative. It didn’t bother me much but could definitely be quieter

The room was nice, clean, and the location was excellent. The manager was very communicative with me ready to assist with anything.

There was very little natural light in the room I’ve got. But not a big issue since I was out most of the day anyway, obviously.

Great location, but the sewage smell made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

The location was excellent, very central and convenient. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was comfortable. Communication with the staff was quick, and they were polite in their responses.

The apartment had a very strong sewage/damp smell, especially during the first two days, which made the stay uncomfortable. From what I understood, this is a common issue in Valencia and not entirely the property’s fault. After the second day the smell became less intense and more manageable, but it was still noticeable.

Nice place

Its a nice place close to everything. Not big but big enough. The hed and.pillows were really good.

Fridge did not work, endless conversation about it and no solution. Airco needed attention and did not reach well to the upper part of the accommodation.

Design was nice. It was airy. Microwave and some kitchenette were useful.

There was a smell of humidity. And as we stayed in a roadside room, noise was a bit problematic. They could add a cooker to the kitchen. No separate soap, just shower gel.

I would stay there again

Instructions were clear, and the owner/host was useful and friendly ;) The location is good, near public transportation and not far away from the central market, cafés, tourist office, etc. I loved getting there to find the AC already on! There was some fresh water in the fridge and the bed was well made. Although I didn't use the kichen, the sponges they left were brand-new! Very hygienic and much appreciated! I didn't use them, but there were working microwave and TV with Netflix, etc. No issues with the neighbouring rooms.

A duvet was available, tucked away in case one needed it, but it was unprotected and stained, so it felt icky to use it at night... All the obvious surfaces were spotless, but can tell the place needs a regular deeper cleaning: not sure the pavement was washed before I arrived; the bathroom walls, which are washable, could really use a wash; the basket with the toiletries was full of dust, the kind you can get read of with a simple regylar cleaning; same issue for other areas in the bathroom, which I felt I had to wipe before using. Here are a few things to keep in mind when booking here: - unfortunately, the city has an issue with sewage smell and this place is no exception; it is very bad but it is not this establishment's fault, really (not sure if they can do anything about it?) ‐ when I got there the first night, the outside felt a bit unsafe because the public big bis were overflowing with trash and a guy was hanging around talking to himself...but it got cleaned up the next day and I overall felt safe after that - if you have issues with your knees or balance, avoid room 5, as there are steep stairs to get from and to the bed - I don't know about the other rooms, but 3 and 5 have only one window on the courtyard; if you open it, not much air circulating, people smoke there, there is no privacy, and there is no natural light if you close the curtains. During my stay, I left in the morning and came back at night, so it didn't make a difference to me, but it's important to know if you plan to stay inside during the day - for whoever needs to know, the beds are new, memory foam, very soft. Overall, I would definitively come back hoping in deeper cleaning! I hope this helps :)

Meh

The location couldn't have been better and the WiFi was really stable and fast. Our room was really accessible and had extra facilities for people in wheelchairs. And the Toilet itself was clean. And we got a link to a website where you can see everything like WiFi password, where you can find the key and the PIN codes, the contract and house rules und there was even a button to order supplements but that didn't work for us, which isn't bad because we wouldn't have used it either way, but that is probably for the more expensive rooms.

There were sticky fluids under the bed, receipts from the people before us, brown stains on the bathroom wall. Under the Air Conditioning unit were stains, but that can't really be avoided in my eyes so it's not that bad. Everything in the Bathroom except the Toilet was really dirty. The holder for the showerhead, the rainshowerhead und the temparature switch was full of black stuff which looked like mold. And the room had a really strong hydrogen peroxide smell which didn't go away for the whole eight days and gave us a few headaches. There also were multiple cockroaches in the hallway, but that is more of a neighborhood problem than a hotel problem. If the room wasn't discounted by 300€ I would've packed my stuff immediately and asked for a refund. The photos on the website made the rooms look like real apartments, but in reality they felt more like storage rooms with a bed, toilet and kitchen.

A fabulous apartment! No complaints!

It was very clean. The air conditioning worked really well and it was so refreshing. Loved the bathroom, especially the shower. Loved the decor. The bed was comfortable. In the middle of the heat of the day, it was great to have such a cool and refreshing room to chill in.

The bed took up all of the space in the loft, so we couldn't walk around the bed and had to crawl to get into the bed, so it was not comfortable.

Very small accommodation, uncomfortable bed. We tried to call upon arrival because we had difficulty getting in and no one answered. We waited outside until another guest happened to come along and assist.

Great apartment in a great location

The location was great and the staff did come back to my queries quickly. So that was reassuring. I can’t fault the premises as they were modern and clean.

The only issue I had is that if you have to leave the facilities before 11am. It would be useful to have somewhere in the facilities or details of companies where you can leave luggage until later in the day.

Definitely below expectations. You'll pay a lot of money for a stay in nicely decorated wet dump.

-An apartament was quite close the center, there were shops and restaurants around and the neighbourhood seemed safe.

-Dark all day, smelled like a a cellar (our clothes too, after the stay) -Didn't feel like 35 m2 AT ALL -Had a dirty towel, dirt leak from the AC -Doors to the bathroom scrubing the floor while being opened -The only window had a view on a patio - people on the patio could basically watch you all the time. Or you could draw the curtains and it would be even darker, if it is possible -Paper walls, I heard every second of our neighbours enjoying theirs pornograhic moments -There's a coffee machine for capsules but not a single capsule to use. Should I buy a box of it prior to my stay or what?? -Only one night stand with one light, the second side of the bed doesn't even have an electricity socket -You better take your own toilet paper, cause they give it off like it was golden and was too precious to be given to guests in bigger amount than one roll

Not too far from city center, modern, clean room.

Should have read the other comments more closely. We booked two nights, stayed one, because we couldn't sleep. Asked for a partial refund, or something - no answer from the owners.. It is indeed a "perfect example of overpromising and underdelivering" as another client said previously. The studio we stayed in is in the ground floor. Seems like all of them are, actually. Ours was looking at the street. No light or no privacy. You choose. And at night, if you're a light sleeper, you won't get much sleep. Plus the mattress is too soft. Way too expensive for what it is... add 10-30 more euros per night and you get a great room at a beautiful Boutique hotel in the heart of Valencia - which is what we did, and loved it.

Great location , super easy check in/out and comforatble bed, this is all I can mention as a plus

This accommodation is a perfect example of overpromising and underdelivering. There might be some studios that are cosy and bright, but the one we stayes in was not like that. Ground floor, looking at a closed inner garden (pavement covered) where people walk up and down. The room had one window, so do not expect it to be as bright as seen on screen and also it was a bit musty (the smell is pretty typical) and loud (bathroom extractor fan, bathroom water heater has been placed inside the room + previously mentioned people factor). The bathroom was a bit worn out and also shown the signs on being not completely clean mainly the shower area. If you look for a standard room where you will not be spending time apart from sleeping this is your spot :)

Ottima posizione della struttura e facilità nell’accesso, io e il mio ragazzo non abbiamo avuto problemi a riguardo! Letto e cuscini molto comodi. Stanza pulita e accogliente, dotata di tantissimi comfort. Macchina del caffè a disposizione, forno a microonde, tostapane e bollitore.

Unica pecca che la stanza non è insonorizzata e la poca educazione degli altri ospiti che sbattevano la porta d’ingresso ha dato un pò di fastidio. E altra cosa, la stanza non viene mai pulita durante il soggiorno, quindi bisogna fare un pò di attenzione affinché non diventi un caos.

La ubicación, las instalaciones del baño, hay televisión y una mini cocina

Llegamos y olía a tabaco, además de oler a fregado pero no se ventilaría lo suficiente, con lo cual olía mal también. El olor a tabaco no se fue en toda la estancia, estuvimos 4 noches y solo nos pusieron 2 rollos de papel que tuvimos que reponer nosotros mismos, el wifi no funciona (la red nunca nos apareció en el móvil), no tuvimos toallas limpias en toda la estancia tampoco. Se nota que estaba limpio pero no suficiente, encontré algún pelo y pequeñas manchas en el edredón de la cama. Diría que está bien para una estancia muy corta por la ubicación y la buena conexión con toda la ciudad en general o si no te importa demasiado el estado de la habitación
