Great location, brilliant service and totally accessible!

As a wheelchair user I found the hotel accessible in all areas and I loved the space in the accessible bathroom. The staff were friendly and kind! Feryel needs particular mention as she was just so sweet and friendly whilst offering excellent service. The roof terrace was awesome! There are also two lifts in this hotel so no waiting around to get to your room.

Nothing to dislike! Honestly one of the best hotels in Valencia.

Great hotel for exploring Valencia.

This is a delightful boutique hotel which is very conveniently placed for exploring Valencia. The old town is just a stone's throw away, with great shops and gorgeous architecture. The hotel is very well-appointed and comfortable.

The hotel is okay, but I wouldn’t choose it second time.

The location is good, free minibar, sweet treats upon arrival in the room and near reception area.

Soundproofing is weak, noise from street might disturb at night. Room is small, no bathrobes, materac is not comfortable.

Wonderful staff who were so helpful. We arrived later in the evening so was lovely to have the rooftop bar/restaurant to get something to eat. Great food & good value for money. Try the mojito! The beds & room was super comfortable & everywhere from the hotel is within walking distance. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel.

Wonderful city, friendly people and lots of culture to take on board. We loved it!!

Breakfast was fantastic. A great selection of fresh fruit, cereals, cheese, meats etc etc and a choice of cooked eggs anyway you liked them.

Absolutely loved Valencia … again hotel was in a great location but didn’t think the price we paid was value for money.

Great location just at the entrance to the old town , lovely roof top bar … modern hotel. Offered a free breakfast on our first morning which was really nice .

We had booked a corner room with balcony and I had messaged the hotel to say we’d love a room that we could sit outside … however on arrival the corner room had 2 really tiny balconies that were only possible to stand in … really small. I felt like the images on the website were misleading. The receptionist offered us another room the following day with a patio to sit outside.. however this was now at the back of the hotel, ground floor with a gigantic wall going 7 stories all around the patio with windows looking into it all they way up .. impossible to get any sun .. and hence the room was really dark . Also just a note to say that the daily cleaning service only made the bed .. nothing was cleaned down and no used glasses removed .

Comfortable bed, quiet room, nice bath tub, complementary refreshments in mini fridge in room. Water in the lobby. Friendly, helpful staff. Great A/C. Good location near metro and walking distance to city center.

Breakfast is expensive for the area. No wash cloths in the bathroom, just hand towels and full size towels. No facial tissues in the room (which is not uncommon in Europe for some reason).

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. My room was comfortable and quiet, with everything I needed. Great breakfast and excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable

Really attractive hotel, recently modernised, and a short walk to the older parts of the city. The room was very comfortable with a good view.

Not worth the money. Stuff is great!

The pictures on booking is much better then reality. The stuff is very nice but overall experience is not so good in general.

I expected more because of the pictures and the pricing, but the the room is shabby and the breakfast was disappointing.

Great Place

This hotel was a great place to stay and we had a great time. Guadeloupe was very helpful and gave us some useful tips on restaurants. Location is also very good, 10 min walking to old town or metro. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Unfortunately not a good experience.

The booking was prepaid 2 months before the stay. I'd been to this hotel before and it should have been a smooth experience, but the hotel and booking.com did not manage to handle the check-in professionally. I spent 1.5 hours at the hotel check-in at the reception late in the evening, and the issue was solved. I, therefore, had to pay again. No excuses were provided by the hotel or booking.com. Unfortunately a bad experience.

Breakfast is a fantastic buffet. Many choices; including made to order omelets. Spacious seatings and leisurely hours for eating/ enjoying. Staff courteous and responsive. Storage of luggage before and after checkin and checkout.

The location is great, not in the old town, but very close to it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was very nice and comfortable. The air-conditioning is noiseless and very efficient. Thank you.
