The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to every detail. During our visit, my daughter celebrated her 12th birthday, and the team surprised her with a sweet note and a thoughtful goody bag — such a kind gesture that made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated how welcoming and family-friendly the atmosphere was. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Accommodation was clean and included all necessities. The metro is a 3 minute walk and the centre was also around a 15 min. walk so everything was very nearby. I definitely recommend this place and I would go again if I visit Valencia.

It was a great stay. All the staff were wonderful. I had to be in the flat when the cleaner came to clean (as I was working) and I have to admit that she was super good, thorough and very fast. This was a great stay!

Our stay was perfect. The apartment reflected the photos and was very modern fully equipped and clean. The staff was very friendly. I came for the marathon and there was a welcome gift awaiting me as well as some post race treats and a free massage in my room. I would suggest to the hotel to offer cleaning service more frequently than every 3 days but other than that I would recommend these apartments and would come back.

The staff was very friendly and communicative answering any questions we may have had. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable easily accommodating three adults . Located centrally, access to local sights was easy and the train station only took approximately a 15-20 minute walk. Highly recommended to consider as a place to stay.

Very nice, clean, and modern apartment. Staff were helpful and professional. Good quality bedding and towels and was nice that water, coffee capsules, sachets of sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar were provided. Nice that there is a dishwasher as well. Short walk into the center. Unfortunately, there is no soundproofing and the walls are paper thin so I could hear children crying constantly, cleaners talking, all kinds of other sounds from other apartments, and could even hear large amounts of water running down the pipes from adjacent apartments every once in a while! The decor of the apartments is rather drab as almost everything is grey (curtains, kitchen cupboards, pictures on the wall, etc.) and no sunlight came into the apartment that I was in so all in all, it felt rather dark and almost office-like/impersonal. The balcony is very narrow so you cannot sit out on it and the view from the balcony was a large, concreted over inner courtyard which was rather depressing. No view from bathroom window or bedroom window which both look onto inner parts of the building. The rooms need more colour and personality (the paintings in the lobby give it some life whereas the apartments have no life at all!)

We stayed here for three nights as a base to explore Valencia. The front desk staff were super helpful and always available to answer questions in fluent English. We really appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment, and the cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved it. It’s a little tight with 3 people but our booking was dor 2 for a family room and they accommodated my son’s whim to stay with us during our 6day stay. The cleaners did an amazing job. They have a nice fridge and microwave but no coffeemaker or kettle. They do help if you want anything as they did with us for corkscrew and a fruit knife. The people at the front desk double up as concierges. They are the best and even helped us get taxis and locate the laundromats nearby. The mini kitchenette was a bit of a challenge to cook in but it honestly made a big difference when one is working in the room and you are more than a couple of people staying there. The star of the show is the location which is close to everything and I mean everything. You are in the heart of grand via in minutes, buses, metro and loads of eateries and shops right next door. 4 super markets within a few steps even a Lidl. We will be back here
