The staff here are absolutely lovely, especially Anna, Pablo, Carmen and Nataliya. They were so responsive when we neede

Our room was lovely. V comfortable bed with lovely quality sheets & pillows. Lovely bathroom, great shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. Location was excellent & we loved the complimentary walking tour with Anna.

The restaurant looks a little tired, and the breakfast offerings were just ok. Def needs new crockery & a change to the menu.

Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice, however I did ask for gf options and failed to find anything other than naturally gf foods that were provided for everyone . I got enough to do, but would have liked some specific gf breads or cereals. Didn't take away from my experience.

Quiet location, loved the styling. Good sized bedroom & bathroom for 3 adults sharing. Complimentary water a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely, good choice & nice to be able to refill drinks. Free walking tour by one of Reception staff was very informative.

There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, only shampoo. No sachets of milk to go in teas & coffees, but when we asked for some at reception they were happy to oblige.

Hotel Botanico, Valencia

Getting to the hotel from the airport with such ease was the first thing as it was a relatively short walk from metro. Staff met then - Carmen - very friendly and helpful. Second floor hotel room was fantastic - spacious, calming decor, huge bathroom, well appointed with everything needed including fridge and safe. We also had a balcony so lovely to open doors. But never noisy. Location fantastic in the small square with a beautiful church, great cafe. Staff including Ana and Pablo were also very helpful with bike hire and we had a complementary 2 hour walking tour of old town with Pablo who was informative and interesting, and a great communicator. Young staff so pleasant and a lovely relaxed vibe in hotel. Very comfortable vestibule area too. Location of hotel nicely quiet but not remote, only 10 -15 mins from market/ cathedral. Lovely to return to each day! Highly recommended.

Nice hotel

I had an appointment nearby, but the hotel turned out to be centrally located, a short walk away from all the major sights, but also a step away from the botanical gardens (which are free to visit) My room was really spacious, modern and beautiful. The hotel offers a decent breakfast

We booked a superior double room which was very spacious for two people, with a king size bed and large bathroom. The hotel is in a great location - walking distance from the old town and is approximately 5 minutes walk from two metro stations and has several bus stops nearby. There are several bars, cafes and restaurants close. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of different options. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Excellent staff and service in every area of the hotel. Location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Plenty of cafe/restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Only thing we didn't like is that breakfast, which was excellent, closes at 10.30 sharp and we never have breakfast before 10.30 . Especially on holiday!
