A great location very close to the old city; the rooms are exceptionally clean, the breakfast is OK, there is a fabulous free walking tour for very small groups (ours was 6) offered by Pablo who also works in reception and the on-site restaurant which is only open for lunch, is excellent and very reasonably priced. The only room for improvement that comes to mind are: a Nespresso machine in the rooms would be great; the bar restaurant are not open in the evening.

We booked here and paid around $300 per night for a 3-Star hotel, but what we got instead was a 1.5 star hotel and a room with mold in the shower, stain on the walls and sink. We also had a small window that provided very little light so we felt like we were in a closet. I do not recommend this place for the price we paid. I mentioned these items politely to the front desk and they agreed the room needed a deep cleaning. I was shocked they know and still rented out the room.

This hotel is lovely in a great location the staff cannot do enough for you especially the lady on reception sorry I didn’t catch her name but all the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. We booked originally for one night but then ended up staying for two. We had to move rooms but got a lovely Jacuzzi bath, which was just what we needed after a long day sightseeing.

Nice little hotel, near the botanical garden and old town. The room was clean, with enough space to move around. My only feedback would be about the cantine-like smell upon entrance: the reception space is shared with the next door restaurant. This may not bother others but it feels like the welcome part of the stay could be done better.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and very clean. The location was great for walking to sights in the area. I’d highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Good Location close to El Carmen. Cool design for the room with some creative choices for decor however the bed doesn’t really have a headboard, just half a wall without a place to rest your head, making it uncomfortable for older people. I did not appreciate having a comforter without a cover. Otherwise, no other complaints. Staff was helpful. But because lack of headboard, I would not stay there again.

The staff is friendly and the room was ok but looked worn out a bit. but there was a very bad smell in the room coming from the shower. I woke up at night and couldn’t breath normally because of toxic fumes coming from the shower. The night rest was ruined.
