Slickly run budget boutique hotel. Great location - just far enough from the centre (15 mins walks) to have a neighbourhood feel with some good bars and restaurants.

A small but comfortable stay close to the centre of Valencia at a decent price.

A very comfortable room with a decent location - the centre of Valencia just a short walk away, but very close to transport links for travelling around if needed. Plus some nice restaurants and bars nearby. Quiet street so no noise at night. Great aircon in the heat of summer.

Smaller than expected, but still comfortable for the two of us. The door to the room is very close to other rooms and so it's very easy to hear people coming and going at night, however there wasn't too much noise late at night.

Great location. Easy check-in process and great communication with the team on-site already before arrival via WhatsApp. Recommended for a city trip with partner or friends.

Room was quite small, bit challenging to place our small carry-on suitcases without them being in the way when moving around the room.

Hotelkamer op korte afstand van een groot metrostation.

De locatie was prima. Goed bed, goede hygiene. Fijn dat er een koelkastje op de kamer was.

De kamer wordt gepresenteerd als een appartement, maar het is een krappe hotelkamer zonder mogelijkheid van ontbijt. Een appartement kent naar mijn idee in elk geval een mogelijkheid voor koffiezetten, maar er was alleen een kleine koelkast. Daardoor waren we gedwongen buiten de deur te ontbijten.

Migliorabile

L'hotel è carino, in una posizione abbastanza vicino al centro e facilmente trovabile. Comodissimo che per accedere ti rilasciano un codice sia per l'ingresso dalla strada, sia per la camera (ti lasciano anche la card se preferisci, ma ci ha evitato di portarci in giro chiavi o qualsiasi altra cosa che si poteva perdere!). La camera è piccolina, ma ha tutto il necessario, compreso shampoo e bagnoschiuma in bagno, aria condizionata, cuscini di diverse consistenze da scegliere. Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile, però non sempre presente.

Purtroppo le pareti della camera sono davvero leggere e passa qualsiasi rumore. Particolarmente sfortunati noi che abbiamo avuto dei vicini rumorosi di notte (gente che si fa la doccia all'una e mezza di notte, bambini che piangono, gente che urla...), però migliorerei l'insonorizzazione di porte e pareti per garantire il giusto sonno a tutti. Anche il balconcino che avevamo era davvero soffocante, completamente chiuso in una corte, circondato da reti e spuntoni per piccioni, con un muro chiuso e alto, sembrava di stare in carcere, meno male che l'interno della camera invece è molto più carino!

Soggiorno piacevole

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro (10/15 minuti). Ben collegata anche con l'aeroporto, visto che passa la metropolitana a un paio di minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Buonissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, tra i più vantaggiosi che sia riuscita a trovare. Le camere non sono grandissime, ma c'è tutto il necessario per passare qualche giorno in città!
