Excellent suite, breakfast and friendly staff!

Could have been a bit closer to the centre, room also had a slight damp smell due to steam room/shower (loved this btw).

Excellent place with great staff

New rooms that have everything you need. Smart layout. Comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. You can park right in front of building to unload your bags.

Only thing I didn't like was footsteps above from kids running. Outside noise did not bother me. It's a fairly quiet location. But halfway noise and neighbor noise can be a little loud if there are kids. Otherwise everything is perfect here.

Outstanding staff and service

Staff was phenomenal every single day. Check-in was smooth and the clerk also noted the hotel's relationship with a nearby gym in case we needed a workout place. The room was quite and comfortable, despite being on the first floor next to the street. It was incredibly clean, too. Perhaps the best part was breakfast. It is the customary continental affair, but the freshly made Portuguese tiramisu was outstanding!

Being in town for a race, the hotel was farther out than I might have preferred considering that the Metro did not start operating until later in the morning. That is not the fault of the hotel, but a function of the race setup.

Perfecto and fantastic.

All staff members , Reception Silvia She was so friendly and take care off me, I had some issue with my back and next day morning at breakfast She did ask me about me . how I was doing and feeling better, So Attend , Thank you , Chef Cuisine Mr. Igor , He was amazing and creative with the diner in the evening. He made with his own speciality the food extra special. I really love this customer made diners. And then the bar tender Emir. So friendly guy. The whole team make my stay very pleasant and for sure I will come back next time.

World-class hospitality, comfort, and food, with lots of transportation options!

We cannot recommend this hotel more!! The location was much better than we had anticipated. We were able to walk to the Bioparc, and there were multiple buses and trains that were very central and took us right to all the big sites we wanted to see. We especially loved the bus that took us straight to the beach! Honestly, yes, the beds were nice, the amenities amazing, breakfast was good, but what really stood out to us was the staff. We have traveled around the world and stayed in all kinds of places. From hostels and car-vans to luxury 5-star hotels, we have encountered all kinds of staff. But the staff here, at Pathos, were the absolute highlight. From the moment we walked in, Emir greeted us and treated us like family. He was kind and endearing. He practically gave us the shirt off his back to ensure that we got to our bus back to Barcelona. We can't say enough about how much he helped us. Such a wonderful human being. Another name we have to mention is Samuel. He was kind, thoughtful, and warm. There was another gentleman who helped us secure our bus passes, but, unfortunately, we forget his name. They were all so accommodating that I truly felt absolutely cared for. My husband and I have never experienced such hospitality. Truly world-class. It made us want to stay longer! We definitely recommend, emphatically.

It's hard to think of anything, but the only thing I could think of is there could have been a softer lighting option, but that is so minimal. And perhaps maybe the beds could have been cushier? Otherwise, we had no complaints.

The hotel is brand new, located on the ground floor, and offers excellent value for money. It has all the necessary facilities, with everything designed to a high standard. The service feels like 5-star, and all the furniture and amenities are new and modern

Good hotel to visit Valencia

Really kind and helpful staff. The reception, the restaurant and the cleaning personal are doing a great job! The breakfast has everything. You are in a walking distance from the centre and the Biopark of Valencia. The metro station is not so far away. If you are with a car you can park free of charge around the hotel, the problem is to find a place. There is a supermarket near and some bars on the same street. The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect! I can only say the cleaning personal is doing a perfect job!!!

Unfortunately the first night we found a big cockroach in our room. We understand that it is summer and at this time of the year these bugs are all over the streets but this was a bad experience for us. Also all the rooms in the hotel are on ground floor.

Ein tolles Hotel, in das wir sicher wieder zurückkehren werden

Das Frühstück war sehr schön. Alles war vorhanden und man konnte auch seine Wünsche äußern, die - wenn möglich - sofort erfüllt wurden. Der Service war phänomenal gut und die ganze Crew vom Zimmermädchen über den Koch bis zum Rezeptionisten alle sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Dabei sind insbesondere Emir und Samuel hervorzuheben, die alles sofort geregelt haben, wenn es ein kleines Problem gab. Täglicher Zimmerservice und Handtuchwechsel, wenn gewünscht. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten in einer Tiefgarage, die ca. 900m entfernt aber in 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen ist. Es gibt eine Aus- und Einlademöglichkeit vor dem Apart-Hotel. Es ist ein sehr neues Appart-Hotel und wir haben uns gefreut, es kennengelernt zu haben. Wir kommen wieder!

Uns fehlte eine Aufhängemöglichkeit für die Duschtücher in dem Bad und für Jacken im Flur. Leider konnten wir den TV nicht nutzen, da es nur Sender vieler europäischer Länder gab mit Ausnahm eines deutschen Senders. Ein Screen-Sharing mit dem iPhone war nicht möglich, da der TV wohl in einem geschützten WLAN aktiv ist. Die Zimmer zur Strasse sind für lärmempfindliche Menschen nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert, wobei gesagt werden muss, das sich alle Zimmer im Erdgeschoß befinden.

Fabulosa estancia y personal de 10.

Absolutamente todo. La habitación muy bonita, equipada perfectamente. El baño muy cómodo y espacioso. La cocina no la usamos pero es muy funcional. Destacar al personal, todos y cada uno de ellos súper educados, atentos y amables . Mención especial para Marco, nos atendió en el desayuno de forma excepcional. Volveremos sin duda.

Alojamiento espectacular.

El alojamiento estaba en un estado excelente, todo parecía prácticamente nuevo e incluía todas las comodidades. La habitación era muy amplia e incluía una cocina totalmente equipada. El baño lucía espectacular y no le faltaba ningún detalle.

El precio era elevado, supongo que acorde a la fecha que fuimos, ya que coincidió con el Gran Premio de Motociclismo. El desyuno no estaba mal, aunque podría haber sido algo más variado.

PERFECTO PARA DEPORTISTAS Tiene un box de CROSSFIT a menos de 100 metros, también I NSTALA IONES DE PISCINA., si te gusta CORRER o la BICICLETA tienes el cauce del Turia para realizar muy cómodamente..
