It was a self check in place, very technically advanced and very responsive host over chat.

I can recommend it, if you look for a nice hostel and quit sleep 🤗

I had a really good sleep. The mattresses are amazing aswell as the blankets and pillows. The hostel was super quiet.

The only think what I didn’t like was that you can not lock the whole bathroom. Just the shower and toilet seperat. But the rest was top 👍

New, modern hostel

The hostel is completely new, with great facilities, a comfortable big bed, a big locker, and you even get a towel. The toilets are big, new, and clean. The space inside the pod is big, there are several hooks to hang things. The lightning inside the bed is good and can be switched off during the night.

I did not like that everything is electronic. The curtain to close your bed is operated via bracelet and touchscreen. However, several people (including me) had problems with it. The touch screen didn't work and needed to be reseted. There is no staff in the hostel, there is no check-in and no one to ask. We were all asking each other for help, and everyone was a bit frustrated. First, it took me a while to realise i need to swipe the screen to get to the curtain settings. This should be better explained, since for me it is not logical, and other girls had problems in understanding it also. One night the screen stopped working and i needed to reset it at 1AM. A bit annoying, i wish i could just put the curtain down manually. However, when i wrote to whatsapp and explained the issue, they were very nice, responsive and guided me through the steps to reset it. I just think it is unnecessary trouble, and it is always nice to have someone working there in person. There are apparently also slippers that can be borrowed and used in the hostel, but i did not know that, so i walked in the room with shoes and let them next to my bed. A girl that seemed to be very comfortable in the hostel complained about my shoes next to my bed, and in a very rude and entitled way explained that there are slippers. I was more than happy to use them, i just didn't know that this is an option, and i felt bad after this rude conversation. The location is not the best, there is nothing around there and you cant just walk to the center. Luckily, It is close to the public transport.

Sweat fest

To start with the positives - this was one of the cleanest hostels I have ever stayed at. From the kitchen to the bathrooms to the rooms, I never felt that anything was even a bit dirty. The sinks and toilets were high-tech. Also, the other guests were very friendly, and the staff really tried their best.

There was no air conditioning, or even any sort of ventilation at all, within the pods themselves. As a result, it became unbearably hot any time I tried to sleep with the curtain closed. Basically a choice between privacy and comfort. Also, the wristbands and other technology had a tendency to malfunction constantly, which was incredibly frustrating, especially when trying to go to sleep. Staff were only present about one hour a day.

MEILLEURE EXPERIENCE

Premiere fois dans ce genre d’hotel, et je suis agréablement surprise, le confort était au rdv, c’était calme et propre. Le rideau de mon premier lit ne fonctionnait, en un coup de téléphone ils m’ont changé et m’ont déplacés dans un coin uniquement pour femme. Prises collées à notre tete. 15min en metro de l’aeroport, 15min en metro de plaza del ayuntamiento.

Muy cómodo

Muy limpio el lugar de dormir, prácticamente son camas de dos personas, hora de salida a las 12, ubicación, wc calefactables, muy muy silencioso, taquillas grandes m. Muy buen precio

Al no haber personal tienes que apañártelas un poco ya que todo va con códigos o bien con sistema domótico. Tuvimos problemas para que cerraran las cortinas de la cama, mal olor en la habitación debido a que no hay sistema de ventilación y la gente deja en la entrada de la habitación los zapatos

El mejor hostel en el que he estado

Es precioso, el lugar es tranquilo. El 1er hostel en el que estoy cómoda y se puede descansar ya que era silencioso. La gente es acogedora. Se siente el respeto por el resto de huéspedes.

Uno de los días se desconfiguró la pulsera de dos compañeras de habitación. Por lo que no funcionaba la persiana. Trataron de contactar con el personal pero tuvieron respuesta inmediata , así tuvieron que forzar la persiana para dormir.

W moim PODzie nie działał panel służący do sterowania światłem oraz roletą. Gdy goście hotelowi są głośni - może być trochę trudno zasnąć.

Près de la station de métro et d'un parc. Literie de bonne qualité. Belle décoration et moderne. Personnel gentil. Cuisine disponible par contre pas de plaque de cuisson

Pas d'accueil, tout se fait à distance avec le téléphone et whatsapp...... Souci de gestion des réservations et transmission des informations : je n'avais pas reçu les codes d'accès pour le check-in et j'ai du appeler pour les avoir. Plusieurs autres clients ont rencontré le même souci. j'avais réservé un lit sur booking et à mon arrivée il était déjà attribué à quelqu'un d'autre!! Souci technique : tout est connecté avec le wifi. Le code d'accès au lit ne fonctionnait pas (souci également rencontré par d'autres clients) le rideau était bloqué et le boitier de contrôle ne fonctionnait plus. On m'a attribué un autre lit. le box valise était cassé !!

Goed bed, voldoende ruimte.

1. Geen receptie en persoonlijk toezicht. Niet telefonisch bereikbaar bij calamiteiten 2. Mijn losse bagage uit mijn bed cabine bleek ‘s avonds laat op de 2e avond weg te zijn . Het koste zeer veel moeite om uiteindelijk iemand via de app te bereiken. Op afstand werden er meerdere lockers geopend. Waar de werkster het kennelijk opgeborgen had. Geen excuses. 2. Als je geluk hebt is er een gast, die je wegwijs maakt. 3. High Tech is mooi, maar heeft grote risico’s op het gebied van veiligheid. Ook in bed, moet licht, gordijn etc. via panel bediend worden. Werkt niet altijd en dan voel je je opgesloten. 4. Nauwelijks daglicht De leuke ontmoetingen en hulp van andere gasten maakten mijn verblijf toch prettig.

Calor insoportable, mosquitos, desperfectos y cartón-piedra

El alojamiento está bien conectado en metro.

Es el alojamiento más incómodo en el que nunca he estado. Hace un calor insoportable en los pods con la cortina bajada, con la cortina subida eres presa de los muchos mosquitos. El sitio se cae a cachos: la puerta del baño de hombres ni cierra ni abre del todo. Faltan duchas y de las 4 que hay una está cerrada permanentemente y el resto tienen defectos como no poder regular la altura de la alcachofa. El retrete y los secadores solo tienen instrucciones en chino. Todo el alojamiento es de cartón piedra (no es coña). Incomodísimo. Para una ciudad tan cálida como Valencia el diseño de los pods sin aire acondicionado y encima dentro de cabañas falsas de cartón piedra y de dudosa seguridad anti-incendios es demencial.

Moderno pero con dificultades

Era bastante bonito, moderno y estaba bastante bien tematizado, a parte de que la ubicación en si estaba bien.

El equipo un 10, pero el día que llegué tuve que estar media hora a las tantas de la noche porque no funcionaban las pantallas que subían/bajaban el estor y tuve que ponerme a configurar yo solo los aparatos electrónicos con ayuda del hostal mediante whatsapp y fue un lío. También me pusieron en una cama pegada al baño y hacía una peste insufrible, dormir con ese olor me mareaba y hacía que me costase dormir. No tenían más camas disponibles así que le tuve que aguantar las 3 noches así, fue un poco bastante insalubre, pero por lo demás el hostal en si bastante bien.

Wunderschönes Kapselhostel 🤩

Super schönes Hostel mit richtig schönem Chillbereich, die Kapseln sind modern und die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und haben sich recht neu angefühlt. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr schön gestaltet und es gab Toiletten, die ich im Japanurlaub kennen und lieben gelernt habe. Super Idee, diese auch mal in Europa anzubieten :) Der Check In erfolgte eigenständig und problemlos.

Es war alles super, ich kann das Hostel sehr weiterempfehlen und ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Trotz eines kurzfristigen IT Ausfalles, haben sich die Einschränkungen in Grenzen gehalten und die Angestellte hat sich um alles gekümmert, damit wir möglichst keine Einschränkungen hatten.
