    The hotel is value for money, but the facilities are old. And there is scary worm appeared in my bathtub.

    Room was clean and comfortable, hotel is located a little further away from old city but still walking distance and close to a metro station. I had limited interactions with staff but those I did speak to were friendly and helpful.

    as a couple with a toddler, we absolutely regret picking this hotel. The staff were not helpful one bit, infact they messed up my checkin so i wasn't asking for an favors. Book the Accor or NH property in the vicinity instead.

    Regular employees were nice but the manager was very rude, did not care to try to provide help since a reservation was made through a different channel and not directly at the hotel's website.
