The room was comfortable, had everything you need. The location was good too.
The ventilation could be better. The room got quite warm, but the fan was either not working or we didn't know how to use it.

I had a great stay at the Kramer Hotel, and I especially want to recognize Mercedes for her outstanding service. When I couldn’t find my passport after checking out, she truly went above and beyond to help. She checked my room twice after I had already left, called me multiple times to keep me updated, and personally searched the lost and found, where my passport was ultimately found. Her dedication, kindness, and persistence were incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. Mercedes is the definition of exceptional hospitality and service, and she made a lasting impression on my stay.
The front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, which led to a longer wait at check-in and some difficulty reaching reception by phone. I believe my passport was accidentally not returned to me during the check-in process, and I only realized this after discovering it was missing myself (after checking out). Other hotels have immediately contacted my room after realizing my passport was there. A more proactive process for returning important documents that were lost would be helpful. Doesn’t take much for someone to lookup a name in a passport book and see if the guest is still checked in…
