Great hotel with exceptional service from Mercedes, who went above and beyond.

I had a great stay at the Kramer Hotel, and I especially want to recognize Mercedes for her outstanding service. When I couldn’t find my passport after checking out, she truly went above and beyond to help. She checked my room twice after I had already left, called me multiple times to keep me updated, and personally searched the lost and found, where my passport was ultimately found. Her dedication, kindness, and persistence were incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. Mercedes is the definition of exceptional hospitality and service, and she made a lasting impression on my stay.

The front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, which led to a longer wait at check-in and some difficulty reaching reception by phone. I believe my passport was accidentally not returned to me during the check-in process, and I only realized this after discovering it was missing myself (after checking out). Other hotels have immediately contacted my room after realizing my passport was there. A more proactive process for returning important documents that were lost would be helpful. Doesn’t take much for someone to lookup a name in a passport book and see if the guest is still checked in…

Walking distance from Valencia city center, nice breakfast, clean and comfort rooms, very friendly staff, a very large shopping mall just accross the street.

Nothing really. The biggest annoyance was the magnetic card for the room, which gets demagnetized when stored near the smartphone case with magnets...

Staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Room clean and bed comfortable. Shower was fantastic. There was a kettle left in our room as requested which was appreciated. Has a safe and small fridge in the room. Location is excellent as you can get anywhere with the bus stops close by

Perfect stay near to central bus station

Front desk stuff were friendly and very kind, I suppose during August is the peak travel season for Valencia, the price for hotel at August can be considered as expensive, but consider of the service, i believe it is worth. We were there to catch the bus on the next early morning, to the central bus station is walk reachable.

Overall quite satisfied.

Breakfast Buffet free for under 5 when you book another buffet was great ! Staff was very welcoming and charming and accommodating . They really elevate the stay, both in restaurant and reception. Mercedes was super helpful and smiley (helped with our luggage holding, with a card that I thought I forgot in the room and did not made me wait in the queue so much as she was able to multitask and make the client before wait a couple of second to find what I needed since client before was going to be for a longer time at reception)

Neighbourhood is getting worse and worse. A fan in the room ceiling would be greatly appreciated for those who don't like sleeping with the AC on all night. AC 's very often don't work well in hotels Gym would be great and if it does not have one, partnership with the gym nearby would be great stuff.

Great hotel and service

Location is very good-close to the city center (20min walk), metro (200m), bus (in front of the hotel). Staff is really helpfull and polite. Reception non stop. Breakfast is very good. Coffe at breakfast is the espresso you drink in cafees, great! Room is very comfy, clean, bed is large and cosy. It was very quiet (end of may), we were able to sleep without any noise. Isolation si good. Two pillows 👍

Only terrase is missing ☺️ Any fresh vegetables like salad is missing at breakfast 🫣 Smell from the closet-not terrible but still existed.

Breakfast not variety. Some pastry and only one portion of omlette/fried egg and one piece of bread per person. If you want 2 portion, you have to pay extra 9€. this is not ok

Rooms are silent and the mattress comfortable. Breakfast is rich and tasty. The position is perfect to discover the city. Special thanks to the whole staff for their kindness and friendliness.

Fantastic! Super helpful, accomodating and polite staff. Bed was super comfy and room was clean. I loved the bar downstairs. Very nice vibe and excellent coffee. Didn't try the breakfast but it did look very good.

At first sight it looked like the location is not the nicest as is close to a big street, but there are many nice places once you go to the parallel streets. Close to nice pastry shops, lunch places and supermarket. Also very close to several bus stops and metro
