Comfortable and clean

The property was well-kept, staff were polite, and the amenities were enjoyable. The shower was particularly nice.

The room itself was nice, but the staff was unreachable during evening hours when the guest in the room next to me was screaming from 3am to 7am. I tried calling three times; on the first occasion, the phone was picked up, but then left on silent (I could hear someone breathing). The second and third times, no one picked up the call. When I mentioned it in the morning, the gentleman attending the front desk made sure that there was no one in the room next to me the following night to avoid the risk of another poor night's sleep.

A good hotel that I would stay at again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to public transportation that goes anywhere in the city. There is a supermarket and quite a few restaurants near the hotel to eat something. The room was spacious with a very nice view to the city, very clean, the bed was large and comfortable, the shower was very pleasant. The hotel staff is very kind and always happy to help. In the lobby during the day there is a coffee machine and a stand with orange juice. I would definitely return to this hotel

The door to the toilet is actually a sliding door that doesn't close completely, which is quite a privacy issue. There is no toilet brush in the bathroom.

Passable hotel for a short term trip

Friendly staff, good location to the conference Center. Spacious rooms.

Breakfast was for the price a bit chaotic and small. Pool area very old and not so nice as on the pictures. First room of me had already water damage and broken light switches. But could move to another room. Other room had a lot of damages in the room which was poorly covered. For so much money I honestly expect more.

Great

The room was clean, airy and spacious. Service in room was exceptional including the coffee in the room. Water was nice and cold and was available. The bed was very comfortable, The pool on the rooftop was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Manuella and the young lady were the best. I would definitely stay here again

The breakfast was ok but they can have less sweet cakes and have more healthy options for example salads, vegetables etc

Great experience

We had a good experience in this hotel. The room looked exactly as they showed in the photos. Friendly staff, very efficient check in and check out. We asked for a quiet room and they were able to provide us with a room that had no noise.

Breakfast could improve and offer more variety. Also there was just one person responsible for the breakfast and he was efficient but clearly under a huge amount of stress.

Fabulous stay

This hotel was fantastic for our 4 night stay in beautiful València. Close to the metro, rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff were lovely and the rooftop pool was an added bonus after sightseeing. Would highly recommend it!

Breakfast was fairly limited with no semi-skimmed milk for instance. The hotel is a little way out of central Valencia, 4 or 5 Metro stops.Not the end of the world, but a little inconvenient.

in the middle of the city, we can see the whole city view from the top

they did not give amenities and it was written to call in reception but nowhere it was mentioned how to call reception. early checkout.. we reached at evening 8 pm and we had to checkout at 12 pm. they could have given 24 hrs checkout, that would be better.

Really poor place to stay. Poor location. Tired hotel. Disinterested staff. Dirty room. Avoid.

Breakfast was good , a surprise after such a poor evening meal.

The bed sheets were dirty, brown stains in the middle at shoulder height. The rooms were tired. Booked half board. The evening meal was very poor with no choice. Advertised £25 on booking.com & 15 euros in the restaurant.

The check-in is way too late (3 pm), on weekends the breakfast starts later even though the hotel is more crowded on those days, no water to drink in the room.

Convenient hotel, although not in the centre, it's situated next to a metro stop and a short 5 min ride to city centre. Beds are really comfortable and room was clean and tastefully decorated.

there is no airport shuttle.. if you ask for one you’ll get a regular taxi for which they’ll have you pay 20 euros.. if you get a taxi yourself it’ll be 16-18 euros. nonetheless, the taxi they sent us was good and on time to pick us up at airport
