Valencia Marathon Trip

Nice area, convenient for bus stop and relatively close to the train station. Had all the facilities that we needed and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Super comfy bed. Lots of local coffee shops and restaurants

Nice and conveniently located apartment in Valencia

Very convenient location in close proximity to the city centre, parks, supermarkets, metro and buses. Helpful collaboration with Valencia city lockers, where you can safely store your luggage. The apartment is well equipped in general and quite comfortable. The management was responsive and supportive via Booking.com messages. Thanks!

Absolutely no blame to Concept Flats as this is probably something typical for residential areas anyway, but please bear in mind that this particular apartment block is located on the ground floor and isn’t quite suitable for any light sleepers as there is no soundproofing and any water pipes noises or upstairs neighbours movements are very loud at night. The neighbours from other surrounding buildings tend to start their days early with even louder balcony talks and some music. Earplugs would be necessary per my opinion. FYI. Please also note that my message to WhatsApp number shared by management was never answered except for immediate automated response, acknowledging its receipt. Using Booking.com messaging would be my preference due to this. I also believe that slightly earlier check-in option (4pm feels really late in comparison with similar apartments in Valencia) and provision of some more convenient toiletries would be a plus. But this is a minor note and I appreciate the chance for slightly later check-out. Thanks.

Appartamento nuovissimo, molto curato e ben tenuto. Doccia meravigliosa, cucina ben accessoriata (servirebbe solo della carta assorbente). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e gestore pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi

Direi niente, c'è solo da tenere conto che è a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma in zona ci sono molto ristoranti e la zona è molto tranquilla

服務人員的聯繫出問題，原本同意可以提前寄放行李，但現場清潔人員卻拒絕。在我堅持下才與電話那頭服務人員聯繫上，放行李。另外要求浴室地板毛巾，回應馬上送來，但等了很久沒送來，再用what's app 聯絡，卻不讀不回。到今天退房為止已經二天都沒送來，沒回應

Excelente y acogedor sitio para estar.

Es un lugar muy acogedor y tranquilo para pasar unos días. Estaba muy completo en cuanto a herramientas que facilitaran la estancia; jabón, vajilla, papel, secador etc. A mí pareja y a mi nos encantó y nos sentimos muy cómodos y seguros durante toda la estancia. Un lugar muy cómodo y bonito.

A veces se escuchaba mucho ruido del piso de arriba, entiendo que ese tipo de situaciones no las puede controlar el anfitrión, pero si dificultaba un poco dormir. Igual, no es que hubiera ruido siempre, así que no lo considero algo completamente malo.

Petit apartament tranquil i confortable, per descansar, rahonablement a prop del centre.

La dutxa fantàstica, el llit molt confortable i l'apartament silencios i ben aillat amb una terrassa molt xula encare que a ple estiu no es pot aprofitar gaire, poder unes plantes ajudarien.

La cuina no era gaire practica, realment no es podia cuinar i estava en un passadis massa estret per encaviri la taula també, un apartament un xic petit per estar-hi gaires dies.

Instalaciones nuevas de lujo estilo mediterráneo. Con todos los implementos de cocina y baño, y plancha. Cama súper cómoda. El patio para pasar un rato, muy bueno. Fácil ingreso. Dueño responde rápidamente en caso de emergencia. Mercadona cerca. Fácil transporte bus o bicicleta Valenbisi. Repetiría si vuelvo a Valencia!

Lo único son las horas de check in y out. Aunque con suficiente antelación puede que sea posible un late check out. A favor de este punto es que se puede esperar en el pasillo para la salida tarde.

Un sejur frumos

Foarte curat, am gasit apa si snack( multumim)!, am gasit harti, cafea, care ne au fost ajutor. Multumim ca au acceptat sa lasam bagajul inainte de ora de check in!!

Lipsa agatatoare prosoape, nu exista posibilitatea de a usca prosoapele! Ar fi fost utila o scrumiera pe terasa. Si eventual o mica copertina sau umbrela.
