Incredibly Well Located, Co-Living

The room itself is a bit small (and the bathroom too) especially for someone over 6ft like myself, however it’s not terrible. And the fact that you also have access to the co-living area living room and kitchen makes it so you don’t need to spend much time in the bedroom if you want to. Speaking of the kitchen, WOW. The fact that they included a couple bottles of water, some beers, milk, instant coffees, access to basic spices, etc is a game changer for someone traveling. Not having to worry about instantly buying water is very nice. Location-wise this place is incredible. Literally a stones throw from the Balen stop and a quick walk from the North Train Station, it is centrally located with access to the public transport in an instant. Kiara (my main contact there) was also very friendly and met me in person to show me the space and sign papers when I checked in which is nice change from all the contactless check-ins that other places do.

Slight smell coming from the bathroom drain but got used to it pretty quickly

Excellent location right by metro. Great communication and very helpful host.

We had an issue with our bed frame but Kiara went well beyond the call of duty and came back to remedy the situation late at night. It was a bit weird having the private bathroom outside of the bedroom.

Perfect location near València Estació del Nord and a metro station, renovated apartment with private bathroom, super kind and welcoming host who gave great city tips, easy walk to Russafa and quick bus to El Carmen, plus handy amenities like AC, towels, shampoo, and a hairdryer.

Cleaning could be a bit better (found some used items), the bed and pillows were quite basic for someone with back pain, and the room could use an extra mirror.

Great!

The property has multiple rooms/guests, but the individual rooms are well separated. I had a room with private bathroom, so the only shared space was the kitchen and separate living room. Kitchen had a fridge, stovetop, oven, and coffee machine (with compatible pods, which was great). Some basic breakfast food was also provided (for toast, etc). The accommodation was very clean, the aircon in each room works great, bed was comfortable, and the check in process was fantastic. Location is unbeatable - close to downtown and major train/bus lines Great value - highly recommend!

Just perfect

The hostess was very friendly and contacted us beforehand, to prepare everything and align to our plans. Check-in always quick and the room great and clean. We really enjoyed every bit of it. It located well with bus stops near by, close to the city center and close the the main train station. What more can one need. Internet worked well all the time and we got some recommendations for restaurants etc. from the hostes.

Walls are paper thin. But we always solve this with ear plugs.

Great host & apartment

Kiara was a great host, she gave various recommendations for interesting places to visit in Valencia :) Also king size bed was really good. A kitchen with all necessary equipment is at your disposal. Apartments in the heart of the city, metro station right under the house. Water, beer, champagne and various breakfast snacks were also a nice bonus!!!

Für einen Städteteip super, wenn einem Mitbewohner nicht stören.

Super Lage, direkt am Bahnhof/ Zentrum und sehr nette Besitzerin, auch Frühstück/ Getränke vorhanden und wir durften unser Gepäck zwischenlagern.

Die Möbel waren leider nicht hochwertig, man hatte immer das Gefühl es fällt gleich auseinandee und die Türen haben extrem geknarrt, sodass man alles von den Mitbewohnern mitbekommen hat.

Ottima posizione e gentilezza dell'host.

La posizione è eccellente, tranquillamente raggiungibile tramite la metro dall'aeroporto e molto vicino al centro e alle principali attrazioni della città. L'host Kiara, è stata gentilissima, disponibile e tempestiva nelle risposte e nell'organizzazione.

La pulizia non è il punto forte dell'appartamento (c'era polvere un po' dappertutto), così come il letto che è risultato molto scomodo.

Soggiorno ottimo nel cuore di Valencia

Personale gentilissimo, Kiara davvero gentile e super accogliente! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, stanza comoda , pulita, letto comodo, oltre alla stanza abbiamo usufruito dei servizi , cucina con tt il necessario, di fronte al palazzo è presente una metro, e a pochissimi km ci sono altre linee della metro. Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti.

Bella casa in ottima posizione per visitare Valencia. Accoglienza top!

Camera di un bell'appartamento, ristrutturato di recente, con una posizione comoda per raggiungere e girare a piedi il centro di Valencia. Grazie alla fermata metro Bailén, proprio sotto casa, si può raggiungere l'aeroporto e prendere anche gli altri mezzi pubblici con facilità. La nostra camera era quella con balcone che si affaccia sulla strada principale; molto luminosa e pulita, con grande letto e cuscini comodi. Il bagno privato si trova proprio accanto alla camera, ben rifinito, con un'ampia doccia e completo di tutto l'occorrente. Luigi si è rivelato un host attento e premuroso, rispondendo subito a ogni nostra domanda, dandoci ottimi consigli su dove andare a mangiare e, cosa non da poco, facendoci trovare in cucina anche tutto il necessario per la colazione, oltre all'acqua e altre bevande. Ottima l'accoglienza di Kiara, un'adorabile e discreta ragazza peruviana, che ci ha seguito nel check in e che è stata il braccio operativo di Luigi per tutta la nostra permanenza. Assolutamente consigliato!

Struttura molto confortevole, centrale ( 10 min a piedi dalle piazze principali) e vicino alla stazione dei treni València. Il gestore, Luigi, gentile e disponibile ha organizzato nel migliore dei modi il nostro arrivo, soggiorno e partenza. Lui e la sua struttura sono una garanzia
