Great location, lovely place and very easy process

Location is great, very good to reach the city centre, close to restaurants and shops. It was quiet, clean and very pleasant. The staff girls were absolutely lovely and kind. I used the parking space for one day.

The apartment was a bit cold and we could only have the aircon on when we were there, it took a while to warm up as it's not the best system to heat up the room with the high humidity.

Welcoming staff in a good location

Great welcome from the staff and very lovely to get a welcome pack ahead of participating in the Valencia marathon.

As expected it was very expensive to stay during the València marathon. The balcony doors were difficult to open meaning we could not let more light into the apartment. An extra pillow would have been good

Good City Stay

Location was handy to get to old town and also close to lots of shops, eating places and coffee shops. Not too bad for going out to the race track which was our main reason for the stay. Room was surprisingly quiet given the road out front was really busy most of the time, but with the windows closed it was very quiet which was great. Bed was a bit small for 2 taller people but super comfy. Aircon unit worked well, did have very small balcony that opened onto busy street, we did use this a few times as even with the noise nice to get fresh air and sun. Although the parking was offsite at a public parking building a couple of blocks down it was a really good system and would definitely recommend if you were going to stay here with a car to pre-book a spot, much cheaper than you would pay for daily public parking and we were given a permanent card to use to swipe in/out as we pleased which was a really good system for us, also no stress if the parking building was going to be full (it was super busy on the Saturday evening) as we had a guaranteed spot. Parking building was really well lit and not a dingy dungeon like some parking buildings we have been in. Bathroom was a good size for 2 and had plenty of towel rails and a retractable clothesline in shower for drying things. Arrival instructions supplied via whatsapp before arrival were really good. Receptionist was super helpful.

Was very busy out front so if arriving by car or getting dropped off just plan for getting bags out of the car quickly as you will likely have to double park - the parking spots out front always seemed to be full. An in-room safe would have been good, also not a huge amount of space for clothes if there for a longer stay, although we made it work by using one of the big cupboards under the kitchen bench.

Perfect!

The penthouse is really spacious and the hotel is in the old city centre. Personell were really nice to guide us to the good restaurants and sightseeing options.

The bike rental was a bit confusing and the bicycles were small for some of Dutch hight.

Very clean and comfortable. You can buy metro tickets at the desk which is helpful and you can rent beach towels and chairs which is a great service.

The construction near by was an annoyance but that is temporary.

Perfect location, wonderful welcoming staff and very clean and well-maintained.

The property is perfectly located just north of the bustling, arty Rufaza district and within easy walking distance of the Turia linear park and the centre of the old town. The apartment was spacious and quiet and kept scrupulously clean. We stayed for seven nights and sheets, towels, etc were changed every three days, even on the sixth when we had only one day remaining. Staff were accommodating, knowledgeable and very friendly.

The TV could have allowed access to my own Netflix account, but we weren't in Valencia to watch TV!

We were there on the 16th April. Hotel reception extremely helpful and professional. All our queries were meticulously answered and they even recommended a visit to City of Art and Science which was fabulous. We were given a complimentary room upgrade. Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities. Highly recommended.

You could sometimes hear the occupants of the room above walking about and moving furniture. However, this didn't disturb our sleep.
