A great studio apartment in a nice neighbourhood with good transport links

A comfortable & conveniently located self-catering studio flat. We had a ground floor flat. Small outdoor courtyard. We never met the owners, but check in was very easy. We were given new towels after a couple of days, without asking for them. Queries were responded to very quickly. Modern decor. Well equipped for simple cooking. Quiet. We even managed to find free parking just down the road, but parking places seem to be eagerly sought after. We liked the location, good for metro & buses but also walkable to the centre. Big El Corte Inglès nearbye. The neighborhood was nice & untouristy. Good bakers round the corner etc.. I would come back. Loved Valencia!

Lovely cafe and bakery around the corner and fruit shop also. Very convenient to old city. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect and memorable stay.

A clean and cozy apartment with a beautiful terrace. Well equipped kitchen. bed was absolutely comfortable. The apartment was in a great location, close to city centre and to metro station. We had a very enjoyable stay, 100% recommended

A little gem of a place

Excellent clean comfortable, all the amenities that you would need. Great location, within easy walking distance to Metro stations, cafes, restaurants shopping and the Old Town. Great communication easy check-in. This place is a gem, would highly recommend

Clean, new, very well located and comfortable

The appartment location was perfect, Close to 'metro' station and close to the city center at the same time. The appartment was very very clean, and well equiped (all types of apliances, bathroom amenities, and comfortable furniture, the bed was great to take a good sleep). The patio was small but very nice and allowed us to have a drink before bedtime, and a relaxed breakfast in the morning. The "key" system was genius, no need to carry a card or a bunch of keys around with the risk of losing them.

Schone en nette appartement!

Het appartement was heel schoon, netjes ingericht en zag er precies zo uit als op de foto’s. De locatie is goed gelegen ten opzichte van het centrum en makkelijk bereikbaar. Er is een supermarkt en bakker om de hoek. Ook het inchecken met een toegangscode verliep soepel. Het is fijn dat je wat meer ruimte en zelfstandigheid hebt dan in een standaard hotel. Kortom, een comfortabel en aangenaam verblijf!

Bardzo fajny apartament dla dwojga

Apartament był czysty, nowoczesny i przestronny. Świetnie działająca klimatyzacja, WiFi, a także inne udogodnienia dostępnego obiekcie. Wyposażenie kuchni wystarczające żeby przygotować sobie posiłek. Lokalizacja także bardzo dobra. Wejście na kody, bez konieczności noszenia klucza to kolejny plus. Wybór tego miejsca był dobrym wyborem.

Mały minus za brak jakiejkolwiek herbaty dla gości. Kapsułek do ekspresu oraz do zmywarki i żelu do mycia w łazience było także malutko, jakby pod wydział. Dozownik uzupełniany pod prysznicem rozwiązałby jeden problem.

Best apartment ever!

Een prachtig, modern, rustig en ruim appartement. Alles erop en eraan. Heerlijk bed, goede douche. Dicht bij metro, op loopafstand van het historische centrum. Supermarkt om de hoek, als ook de bakker. Nette buurt. Self check in met code. Goede wifi. Tapas bar Ricardo aan de overkant zeker bezoeken!

Appartamento piccolo ma c'era tutto il necessario

Mi sono trovata malissimo con lo staff(inesistente). L'appartamento era omologato per 3 persone ma mi hanno fatto pagare quasi 200€ per 4 notti in più per la presenza di un bambino di 6 anni che per errore non era stato dichiarato alla prenotazione, ma comunque dichiarato prima dell'arrivo L'ho trovata una mossa scorretta...non sono stati per niente disponibili al dialogo per trovare un accordo. Inoltre nell'appartamento c'era costante odore di fognature.

Molto ben tenuta, con tutto il necessario . A 15/20 min dal centro. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

Valencia è una città piacevolissima, vivibile, una meraviglia per chi ama la bici.

Ottima posizione a breve distanza dalla città vecchia, a un passo dai giardini del Turia, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Personale gentilissimo. La panetteria dietro l'angolo è fantastica! Il supermercato Mercadona a 5' fornitissimo. Consigliatissimo.

Visto che non c'è un sevizio continuativo di reception, dovrebbero lasciare un foglio nell'appartamento con istruzioni su canali tv, uso piastra elettrica cucina, indicazione dove acquistare cialde caffè (un po' difficili da trovare per la macchina in dotazione), supermercato più vicino, ecc. Comunque hanno sempre risposto rapidamente a telefonate e messaggi whatsapp
