Very nice Valencia Vacation Stay

Its location provides easy access to the linear urban park with bike & pedestrian trails. It is also a 10+ min walk to the old town. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant/bar food is ok. The pool is nice but the change facilities are lacking—only a bathroom stall. The sauna was not on & requires the front desk to be notified. Parking on-site is easy with access to the hotel directly from the parking lot. Dog friendly. At the time we were there, they were in the midst of a remodel—it was mostly not an issue but I suspect that it affected the F&B operations.

The neighborhood is a mix — close the to bus station, some homeless, schools. Our room view was of the bus station parking lot.

Great for even a long weekend. Or even longer.

Parking next to the hotel. GREAT. From -2nd floor straight to the hotel! Rooms big, breakfast top a Real NH hotel. Great in everything. 15 min walk from the old city. But shopping centers 200 mtr from the hotel.

Nonthing to complain about actually. But learn something about Valencia. BIG city.

Noisy and very aged hotel for a premium price

It was close to the city center

It was very noisy and they are busy with redecorating the place. That’s not a problem but maybe a heads up would have been nice. Looks also like they use the third floor for storage as they were continuously going in and out the rooms, so avoid that floor. So a very bad experience for €155/night

In need of renovation

The neighbourhood is OK. Clean bathroom.

Old room. Smelly room. Dirty wall and furniture. Such rooms should not be used anymore until renovations. This is a 4 star hotel for which we oayed aroind 200 Euros per night. The conditions did not match this by far. Continental breakfast lacks vegetables. Coffee not good.

Valencia is beautiful

Really helpful front desk staff. Very accommodating when asked for a disabled room. Great location and lovely restaurants nearby.. Beautiful Park.

This hotel combines location with convenience and some extra special facilities at a reasonable cost.

Superb location and very secure, convenient parking solution. The rooftop pool & bar café are a big plus, especially so close to the Turia Park and Old Town.

I think at this level there should be a kettle and some tea bags in the room.

The property was very clean rooms lovely although a bit old fashioned

We didn't have breakfast but Clara and Esther at reception were lovely. The roof top pool was great too and the beds were very comfortable. Fabulous hotel.

Perfect for families

The hotel is perfect for families as it is really baby friendly - baby chair, bed, kids corner, baby menu, everything is included 🙂 really helpful staff and good location, for me with an 18 month old the baby friendly environment was the absolute best experience ☺️

Luxury, bit distant hotel with a pool

We could check in earlier and even if the room was not ready we could use the pool where we found shower and clean towels. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast has a great variety.

The pool is a bit small and should be cleaned properly as many people use it. It is a bit far from the city center: one bus or metro needs to get there.

Room for improvements

The hotel could use some renovations, as it feels more like a 3-star establishment. This is noticeable in the furniture and the marks on the walls. Certain amenities, such as bathrobes and slippers, are only available upon request. The breakfast is ok-ish

It was not a cheap hotel, and for the price, there were no bath robes, slippers, and toothpaste. Also, no kettle or complimentary coffee or tea.

Second time here. Very good breakfast, very nice staff, good position. But...

... I was given a different room from the one I had choosen by the online check-in (I had asked for room 1104). Room 1116 was VERY VERY noisy, since it is next to the stairs to the terrace with swimming-pool and café. Customers and staff use it till late, so I could barely sleep seven nights long.

Everything was very good: room size, bed, location, small refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine in our room. Bar and gym at the roof

You can see a bus station from the window, but there are many other benefits. Really very good hotel
