Nice staff, very welcoming, and nice location
The pool was unusable; nobody told us until we arrived. I consider the photos fake because they showed the pool as the main amenity, but it did not exist. Be aware before your reserve.

Room fine but facing bus station, bathroom great, shower very comfortable, pool and sauna very small, position very convenient, good breakfast, bar could be cozier and warmer, personnel great.
price a bit high (200 a night), room facing the bus station but good sound isolation actually, the pool/sauna a bit too small and not well advertised (maybe because it is winter?).

Its location provides easy access to the linear urban park with bike & pedestrian trails. It is also a 10+ min walk to the old town. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant/bar food is ok. The pool is nice but the change facilities are lacking—only a bathroom stall. The sauna was not on & requires the front desk to be notified. Parking on-site is easy with access to the hotel directly from the parking lot. Dog friendly. At the time we were there, they were in the midst of a remodel—it was mostly not an issue but I suspect that it affected the F&B operations.
The neighborhood is a mix — close the to bus station, some homeless, schools. Our room view was of the bus station parking lot.

Easy to get by car.
Very expensive for an old hotel. Bathroom shampoo hanger was broken in the middle of the bath.
