Nice Stay

The location is amazing. You can find all kinda stores you need in the neighbourhood.

The change of towels only every 3 days. But it wouldn't prevent me to book with them again.

Great stay overall with some points of possible improvement

We liked the location and the recommendation from the staff who was very helpful with everything we needed, also the cleaning was great. The bed was big and comfortable. Very secure + easy check in/check out. Very well communicated with different parts of the city.

It didn't look exactly like in the pictures, we expected something more from the overall look. There's no window and the 'balcony' goes out to nothing. It wasnt as clean as wrong would have liked tho (smelly bottle of something in the fridge for example...)

the bedroom was immaculate and the bed was huge ! the reception staff lady was brilliant helping us with all our queries on where to go and see everything - so so helpful and kind !

Really pleasant stay

3 things we valued the most: 1. Parking - free, really nearby; you get instructions before arrival (it's not the hotel's parking, though) 2. Location not too far away form the old town - at a walkable distance, so we didn't even use public transport 3. Staff extremely kind, helpful, and patient with my payment issues - in fact, I would give an 11 for the service

The person responsable with the rooms was nice and response quick. We were in winter and was warm.

The rooms are very very different from the photos. The only facility was one sample of shampoo for two persons.

Had some problems getting in to the hotel, but we phoned and the receptionist was very helpful and talked us through how it was done. The receptionist was very calm, helpful and even spoke English so all went well. Room was very spacious and clean. Very central.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Free parking is very close to the hostel. Regards for one women from the staff that even guided me to show me the parking. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean, checked and cleaned every day.

Proximity to work. Funny room decorations. The AC worked well but the AC unit looked very dirty.

No internet connection for the full period of stay! I had to use my data the whole stay which didn’t work well either because the gps signal was very bad in the room! Pillows were terrible to sleep on… not super comfortable.

The only positive thing about this hotel is location. Nothing more.

Walls made of paper, you can hear everything - when neighbors flush the toilet, sing or when people come into the hotel and walk the stairs. Shower size - 60 cm? Hardly possible to wash your body. The worst hotel with the most depressing room I've ever visited. Not possible to sleep, because young Italians played music loud. Every time someone walked the corridor, you wake up, because doors are not soundproof.

Everything was great. Comfortable large bed is definitely a big plus. Lockers for luggage very useful! I would only add a table and 2 chairs to the room :)

Nice & creative hotel in the Rascanya barrio

- Very relaxed hotel, with easygoing personel - They are pet friendly and received us with our cat - Spacious rooms with good AC

- It would have been nice if there was a shared kitchen in the hotel where we could make a tea/coffee or store a few products in the fridge

staff was so nice and helpful; the rooms are themed so it was fun to stay here. we only stayed one night as we only had that much time in valencia, it was great value for money.

just a bit out of town, but easy to find parking in the main avenue nearby
