Fabulous restaurants nearby and just minutes from old town Valencia

The staff truly made the stay memorable. They were kind and helpful and wanted to ensure guests have a lovely stay. Sercotel has a great breakfast for 15€ that covers all the bases for protein with eggs, bacon and sausage but also yogurts, and fruits, cereals pastries, cold cuts and best of all fresh squeezed orange juice. They also have a beautiful pool and sauna that are restorative and lovely views of the conference center next door.

The hotel is situated on a busy roundabout and if you are sensitive to engine and exhaust noise at night, be sure to bring ear plugs

Noisy business hotel with delicious breakfast

Very tasty breakfast. The cafeteria food was also very good. Staff's very friendly and polite. Rooms had nice lighting.

Extremely noisy, it's next to a big traffic round about and the windows are not perfectly soundproofed. The room was freezing, AC is limited so you cannot really control it to avoid being too cold. Blankets in the closet gave me massive allergy, they don't seem to be frequently washed.

Great hotel in easy central location, carpark very good and delicious buffet breakfast.

Bedroom very good size with clean large shower bathroom. Beds comfortable and everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was superb buffet and great quality. Staff very friendly, gentleman in the bar in the evening was charming and very helpful. Location is great and carpark very easy to find and navigate, even in large car.

In our bathroom the water was not cold from the taps in the hand basin and not hot in the shower ... minor detail and staff advised on check out. It did not affect our stay or comfort. The pool is quite small and during summer was taken over by younger children, maybe there could be an adult only swim time?

Excellent for business trips, not-so-inspiring for holidays.

The hotel was a very typical congress hotel - clean, maintained, impersonal. The breakfast is superb, you just need book it in advance if you want a better price. Location is ok, business district, not so much fun to do close by, however there is a taxi station next to the hotel and you will likely pay 10-20e for transport to the center. There are also public transport stops somewhere nearby.

The reception does not answer their phone when you call from the room. Elevators are very slow, the hotel is has 13 floors so it might take a while.

Breakfast was unbelievably wonderful, with fresh fruits, fresly squeezed orange juice, savoury and sweet options, ... The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and very cozy. I will definetely come back.

Three days stay for Valencia Marathon

Friendly check-in and nice staff. In general: a normal nice business hotel.

Location is a bit too far from city center and metro station is also bit of a walk (800m) Hotel is ready for refurbishment, shows a bit of wear & tear (stains, dents in walls and doors, paintwork, etc) Bit too expensive for quality offered

The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of space for luggage. Comfy beds and good equipped bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool was smaller than expected. Long wait for elevator had to use the stairs most times. Breakfast was limited.

The buffet breakfast was amazing! We also really liked the cleanliness of the room and the building as a whole. Also very close to public bus routes

We had 2 single beds pushed together to make our double bed which wasn't the best, we probably could have requested this be changed or requested a double or queen option when booking but this did not impact our stay at all

Really good breaksfast, with a lot of different things and fruit, very very nice. The room is also very nice and confortable. The gym also has a good variaty of machines and the room was super fresh.

The pool is small, I guess the objective is just to refresh, and not to swim.

Very clean and has plenty of parking spaces on the street in front of the hotel. There's a supermarket next to the hotel.
