Decent accommodation for a one or two night stay.

City Garden Bed & Breakfast was exactly what I expected. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a very decent bathroom and shower. It was on the small side but it wasn't a huge issue. The breakfast was adequate for the price and convenience.

It wasn't that easy to find as there is no visible signage whatsoever.

A little jem in Ruzafa!

Cozy and small double room, clean and well kept, with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and everything you might need. The location in the heart of Ruzafa is ideal. Everything is close by, and the closest metro station is about 5–10 minutes away. The terrace is a nice extra. This B&B is simple but well run, with an easy smart check-in and check-out that worked perfectly. Breakfast is also available, which I didn’t try, but I would be prone to say it likely aligns with the overall quality of the services provided. Special mention to Alice, the host. Always available, quick to reply, kind, and ready to help with anything. Considering the average prices in Valencia, the quality/price ratio is optimal. Highly recommended.

Just a couple of minor flaws: the shower flow could be stronger, and the WiFi connection more stable, but really nothing compared to all the positives of the stay.

The location was amazing and it was clean, quiet and good value for money. The terrace was nicely decorated too. Check in was straightforward.

The room was on the smaller side and a bit dated, could use a fresh coat of paint, but it definitely clean.

Great location for value

Unbeatable location, cozy and very clean. In general value for money

The private toilet outside the room was quite uncomfortable experience since the door was right next another guest door and you need to be silent, this made it quite challenging in the middle of the night to keep quiet with the noise of the keys and the ventilator of the bathroom and the fact was outside wasn’t ideal. But again you get what you pay for, other than that all great!

Would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

The staff were nice and the breakfast was ok. The bathroom was very clean. Communication prior to our stay was good.

The location was a long way from downtown. The sheets did not fit the bed and constantly came off in the night, and the blankets were thin and too small for the bed. There was a lot of dust under the bed too. There are several bars outside the building and these were very noisy until around 11pm every night.

A Peaceful Hideaway in the Middle of the City.

We were only there for 1 night but we appreciate the location, the ease of entry, the cleanliness, the amenities, the ease to get to the airport early the next morning and the great contact with the proprietors. The closed in outdoor area wasmlovely and peaceful. I would highly recommend it to others. We only needed 1 night but would stay longer. There was parking a 1-2 minute walk away. It was a safe walk back to the car even at 3 am. Sadly we missed out on breakfast due to an early flight home.

Highly recommended!

Check-in was easy. Beautiful place with a stylish but homely feel. The most comfortable beds! Loved the fact that there was more than enough space to put things. Location is perfect! There is in the plaza below but once you close the windows it was quiet and peaceful. The fact that there is tea and coffee was such a lovely touch. Responsive host!

Everything ! The owner and his staff were kind and considerate , informative and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our breakfast each morning was varied and nutritious and plentiful …served with a smile . The room itself was beautifully clean with plenty of storage and everything we neededNice to have some outdoor space to relax .

Great location and outside sitting area

Only window was frosted out and room very small, dark and gloomy. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Shower had mould all round base of tiles and some up the walls too!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

From the building smell like hell to the room only bad experience Towels with smell , they dont use detergent to wash it only water NO WIFI NO TV NO FRIDGE neither in the lobby, if you want to drink something cold at 38 c bad luck … VERY VERY SMALL ROOM AC HAVE 20 years and make a lot of noise , never been cleaned for sure , there is another smell Staff dont speak any languages … they are not friendfully Very bad experience i dont lnow how this location have this score on booking ! When i asked a discount for no wi fi no tv etc my number was bloked by property in whatsap From here you understand all :)))

Valecia is a great city!! We have enjoyed every minute of it!

Location was perfect, very central and no inconveniance of to much noise. Breakfast was ok, fresh orange juice, fruit, warm milk for my coffee :-) Only the croissants were not so tasty maybe we are used to better croissants in Belgium. A super extra was the possibility to tank chilled or warm water any time of the day! Good beds and good shower!

Great location for a short break in Valencia.

The garden area is nice for relaxing. The tea and coffee area is useful. It's 10 mins from both the old town and the new arts and sciences area which makes it perfect for a short break. The immediate area is great for dinner.

The sofa bed in the family room is too hard and the aircon struggled in the heat. It's right opposite a loud bar, so bring earplugs to sleep.

Location is perfect, mattress is not very comfy!!! From my room, I could hear people on the terrace. The room was really nice. You can have a coffee before breakfast, I did not have time for breakfast but it was nice to have a coffee before leaving, and there is a water cooler.

Exceptional

I love this b&b. The room has everything in it. The beds are comfortable. There is a very nice communal room where you can sit and make yourself tea or coffee. The whole place is tastefully decorated. Little details everywhere. The furniture is nice and good quality. The terrace outside is lovely. The location in Ruzafa is fantastic 😃. This was my second stay and I will be back. In low season you get great value for money. Thank you, Alice for taking care of the place so well.

I would prefer, if there was somebody to greet me at arrival. But getting in with the key and the contact with Alice was very easy.

Modern design one bedroom accommodation with excellent storage and facilities. Breakfast on the patio was fab. Really nice breakfast selection. The breakfast staff member was lovely. Central location to transport, amenities and old town. Bathroom was nicely designed and a supply of lovely toiletries and towels

Location between the city centre and Oceanografic, the price is fair, facilities ok.

The bad is a bit too high for a short person (shorter than 165 cm) and the room needs a little TLC.

Lovely B&B, close to the city centre

It's a very nice B&B. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and served swiftly. The location is perfect, about 10 minutes walk from the city centre, the metro and the main translation. The bedroom is not very large, but a fair size. The plus is the breakfast and outside area, where you can also sit during the day or at night. It feels like it's part of the accommodation you book (ie the room).
