Really friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds and spacious for my room, clean & big main bathroom

Location in Russafa was great but this also contributed to a lot of noise on the first floor I was on. The staff were great, really helpful with checking in and went above and beyond for letting me have a method to leave my room key behind when doing the 1/2 Marathon so I didn't have to carry it and risk losing.

That amount of noise generated from the restaurant below even after closing. There was also a regular late night pumping of techno coming from somewhere and I couldn't pin point this exactly but seemed to be from the kitchens but may have been a resident of the adjoining apartment block. Either way no one else living nearby got it switched off but it would go on until beyond midnight. The kitchen, it didn't have a hob but this maybe the way most hostels have gone now as another I stayed in for the marathon was the same. I wanted to carb load on pasta but had no way of doing so. Microwave is available but those kind of meals wouldn't of cut it for me.

The location is great, right in the middle of Russafa. Close to everything, including public transport, the city centre, and the main attractions in the city. The staff were very nice, Dante was very attentive and friendly.

The shared bathroom was quite dirty and lacking basic amenities like matts for the wet floor and shower gel. The walls between the rooms are very thin! You can hear everything people do in the room next door.

My stay was not comfortable despite a few positive aspects.

I liked the staff’s behavior, and the room was spacious and quite clean, had good Wi-Fi. The location was close to the city center, within walking distance. There were some nice coffee places nearby, although they closed before midnight.

I would have preferred if someone stayed at the hostel during the night as well. Each room didn’t have a hotel safe. It might be better suited for a group stay rather than for a solo female traveler. I didn’t like that the hostel didn’t have any social hub or common area. The entrance wasn’t well lit. The hallway and stairs were very narrow and dark. I arrived on a Monday, and the hostel felt quite empty, I didn’t see many people around and felt a bit uneasy. The photos of the toilet and bathroom were taken with a wide-angle lens, so they appear larger than they actually are.

Location good. Not clean.

The location is good and staff very friendly.

The shared bathroom is not really clean at all. Even after cleaning black hair on the floor. Also bloodstains on the bed (bottom layer so you dont lay on it). And a LOT of dust everywhere which is not in the standard cleaning round, so that means under the bed etc. Been in a lot of hostels but this was really not hygienic.

Bathroom - broken faucet, shower curtain is moldy and sticks to the body, you can't wash normally, very unkempt toilet, assuming all that - bathroom need full renovation. Kitchen needs a little renovation.

It has a very good location, we were next to all important stuff and we had metro for the thing that were a bit further.

Really like location. Super super super nice and friendly receptionist, very helpful. Cleaned, everyday bathroom shared bathroom was cleaned. Walls like a paper, you can hear everything.

Location. Very near to market. Walking distance to main shopping street of valencia, train station, metro station. Surrounded by nice eating place of locals. Friendly stuff, easy going.

The location and the staff were the best about the place. The sheets and pillow cases were crisp and clean.

The entrance, hallways and kitchen are dark. Nothing is properly clean and in some cases is quite dirty e.g., the mattress protector on my bed was dirty.

Yes but not in fallas.

The place was very central, easy to get to everywhere. The personnel was nice and helpful.

There was no sound insulation whatsoever, neither from the outside (and in fallas the street is very noisy because of street discos, parades etc) nor from the other rooms or corridors, to protect you from very rude people making noise in the morning. Moreover the bathrooms had very poor plumbing systems and they were constantly flooded.

All the installations were super clean & quiet. Comfortable and well located. Staff is kind and helpful

Very pleased with my stay at this hostel!

There were blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable so we slept well. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and looked after our bags and let us change in a spare room after checking out on the last day. The shared bathrooms and kitchen were extremely clean and well-supplied. The hostel is in a convenient location near the Russafa Market, with bakeries, bars and cafes nearby. It's also near metro and bus stations so easy to get to the beach and the airport.

One of the beds was squeaky (but it was still comfortable). The kitchen was lacking natural light and its decor could be improved to make it more welcoming.

Excellent reasonably-priced hostel.

Great location opposite an excellent market, where locals shop, not just tourists. Plenty of interesting and reasonably-priced bars and places to eat nearby. Within walking distance of the centre but without the inflated prices. A friendly owner, a basic kitchen, free coffee machine. Comfortable, clean and spacious room and bathroom. I'd recommend it wholeheartedly for those looking for a reasonably-priced hostel in Valencia.

Awesome location

The location and surrounding area was great. The room was big and spacious. The staff was really, really nice and helpful.

Elevator wasn't working and the fact that the bathroom and toilet had to be shared.

Great location, affordable price

The property was close to a lot of bars and restaurants. It took 20/25 minutes to get too and from the airport. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
