The reception is not open 24/7, but the property provides a WhatsApp number and they respond quickly and kindly, even to requests made in the days leading up to your arrival.
What I missed in the room—something I usually expect—was a minibar to keep drinks cool at night. Also, there was no wardrobe, only a clothes rack, and the closets didn’t close completely; they seemed more decorative than functional.
The location is excellent, with several bus stops nearby, and there are some nice cafés close to the apartments for breakfast.
Rooms are cleaned every morning. There is air conditioning.

very friendly reception in Valencia. We have been there for the half marathon. The receptionist gave us already the print outs how to travel best to the fair and the start. Extra plus.
They gave us a bed for our dog..
Restaurants nearby, but not the best area of Valencia
Very good communication with the owner upfront!
