About this apartment rental
Our guest will have at their disposal in the apartment 3 double bedrooms, one double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower and glazed kitchen fully equipped.
In addition, the flat has free wifi, Smart TV, safe box, iron, terrace and original mosaic floor.
The building has reception from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 18 pm. After this time, guest can pick up the key by themselves using an auto check in sistem. During the weekend, our guest can use our free luggage storage based at the reception.
For our cycling customers, we offer bike parking and bicycle workshop, both completely free.
A guarantee of €300 will be requested, which will not be debited or blocked from your bank account. This guarantee will function as a limit as a bond in case of incidents on the property.

The location of this property is fantastic, making it a convenient base for exploring Valencia. However, the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. SimplyStays, the third-party management company, handles the booking process, while VBRO is just the listing platform. I had issues securing payment online through multiple links provided by SimplyStays.Upon arrival in Valencia, I had to visit the SimplyStays office to finalize payment and complete check-in, which was inconvenient and out of the way, especially as we arrived via the train station.Regarding the apartment itself:Hot water: As a family of four, we quickly realized the hot water supply was limited. Quick showers were necessary to ensure everyone had warm water.Maintenance: The unit could use some attention:The bathroom sink faucets were very loose.The living room couches need some care or replacement.The kitchen was understocked and could benefit from additional utensils like a spatula.Value: We stayed during the holidays, so the price was likely higher than usual, but the prime location helped balance the experience.With some improvements to the check-in process and minor maintenance, this property could offer a much better overall experience.
