Great for groups.

The apartment is really large and spacious. Ideal for a group of 8-9 friends. One of the best locations in Valencia. Everything is within a 5-minute reach. The check-in was quick and accurate. We were able to check in two hours earlier than the scheduled time without any problem. Thank you, Jose. I recommend.

If the noise from the street bothers you, it can be an issue. It didn't bother us at all. The apartment might need a bit of renovation and more attention to cleanliness and furnishings. With a little investment and attention to detail, it could become a truly top-notch accommodation.

Fabulous base and vista, bright and roomy

Location was great, and the lounge space (main picture) was great. Side balconies nice. Beds were good. Height of apartment gave an awesome outlook up n down the city and good base from which to explore the town. Loved the windows!

Showers were rubbish, very little pressure yielding a warm dribble after 5 minutes. Needs decorating, some notable damp patches and rather tied looking. Sinks are more likely old and worn than dirty but unpleasing to the eye. If you're clumsy or careless it distinctly possie to fall out of an open window, caution advised.

Some of the equipment is not renovated, yet this is not a major problem.

It had everything we needed and was very spacious with lots of character.

Brilliant location, easy to reach train, buses and tube if needed be but lots of places within walking distance. Very clean and spacious for a larger group.

A bit run down and facilities basic. The fuses blew on the first night due to rain water leaking in the window and on to the electrics.

Perfect location and a very spacious apartment. A great place to stay and so central. The owner was a very friendly person too.

The lift not working when we were staying on the sixth floor. Was good exercise though and feel better for it.

L ideale per visitare la città

Casa storica e grande in una posizione super strategica da cui si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i punti di interesse di Valencia. Idéale per un gruppo di amici per la sala molto accogliente.

Perfecta ubicación para grupos grandes

Lo que más nos gustó es la ubicación sin duda

El piso es para dormir, ducharse y fin.En este caso es lo que buscábamos pero para personas que quieran pasar más tiempo en la casa, no está muy acomodada en cuanto a mobiliario, los sillones bastante incómodos.Tener en cuenta que solo hay 2 baños para 9 camas que hay, y uno de los baños está metido dentro de una de las habitaciones.Una de las duchas solo sale el agua por arriba de manera que si no te quieres mojar el pelo es un poco incómodo.Pero la ubicación y la limpieza excelentes!

Absolut zuverlässige Schlüsselübergabe, sehr netter Gastgeber. Grosszügige und helle, charmante Wohnung, die genau unsere Bedürfnisse erfüllt hat. Sauber und gut ausgestattet zur Selbstversorgung. Ideale Lage.

Die alten Fenster und Türen sind schön renoviert, aber machen die Wohnung etwas hellhörig.

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e perfettamente climatizzato

Condizionatori e pale in tutte le stanze, molto pulito, posizione perfetta. Il proprietario ci ha gentilmente aspettato per il check in verso le 23 ed è stato molto disponibile per il check out.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad, maar vooral vanwege de ligging in het centrum van de stad.

De ligging is fantastisch. Heel erg centraal in het centrum van Valencia. De inrichting is erg basic, daar is geen vrouwenhand aan te pas gekomen 😉, maar netjes en redelijk comfortabel. De bedden waren goed, de kussens erg Spaans en super plat. Wij waren met een groep van 7 personen, waarvan 3 stellen, dan zijn 3 sleutelsets erg handig. We kregen er 2. De gastheer was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik weet zeker dat hij onze beperkte ‘kritiek’ op waarde zal weten te schatten en het zal lezen als ‘aanbevelingen’!

Het appartement ligt op de kruising van twee horeca-straten, met veel terrassen. Als er grote groepen op de terrassen neerstrijken, geeft dat wel wat geluidsoverlast. Ook op de 6e etage waar het appartement is. De ramen moeten dan beslist gesloten blijven, en dan nog… Voor langere verblijven mag er wel wat meer sfeer en decoratie aan het appartement worden toegevoegd. Het is kaal en ongezellig. Hoofdzakelijk voor strikt overnachten. In de winter, als je wat meer binnen verblijft, zal je dat toch als probleem ervaren. Waar de ene badkamer voldoende en relatief snel warm water bood, had de andere badkamer volstrekt onvoldoende waterdruk en slechts 1 minuut warm water. Het lijkt op twee verschillende systemen of een zwak gemaakte aftakking. Voor Europese gasten tenminste, zou er de keuze uit wat hogere kussens mogen zijn, voor €420 per dag en als hoofdzakelijk slaap-locatie.
