No lift what could be problematic for older people

Great apartment at the center of Valencia, everything was close

Unfortunately the walls are very thin and two floor above there had a renovation and they where noisy from the morning until 18;00

The apartment has an excellent location, near Torres des Serranos, and all the Valencia attractions (except the City of Arts and Science)can be reached by foot. There are many cafes and restaurants around. The place is clean, charming, and has a modern kitchen with everything needed to serve food, and cook. Despite being so centrally located, the place is quiet during the night. The host was responsive and attentive.

Access was awkward and information about how to get in was provided in the last moment. However, the host was very helpful and we could get inside quickly. While we understand the challenges of old buildings apartments and - as two families - appreciated the privacy of two bedrooms and two separate baths, the “master” bathroom attached to one bedroom was small and uncomfortable, and we didn’t like the separate shower directly in the room. We suggest to try and provide a bit more soap, shampoo and conditioner than for a single day - that would be much appreciated by travelers like us staying for 3 days.

As long as you treat the 5 flights of stairs as a workout, this is a marvellous apartment. The terrace is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and sunset with bats hunting around the buildings. The apartment is extremely comfortable and stylishly furnished. I have no hesitation to recommend it . Centrally located in the old town
