Wonderful apartment in a great part of town.

The location is amazing, nestled around some great tapas restaurants and bars. The flat is a good size for 4 people.with the essentials provided for cooking and washing up. The hosts were fantastic, responsive and accommodating.

Loved the location.

The pictures were slightly misleading, as the apartment did not have the spacious balcony I expected. One of the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Overall, it’s a very basic apartment, but thanks to its fantastic location, these minor issues were easy to overlook.

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet and very friendly staff

Beautiful place wish we had longer to really explore all the amenities at this beautiful hotel. We only had one night there, but it was absolutely comfortable clean quiet and the staff was overly friendly. Definitely going to rebook next time we’re here.

Great stay in Valencia! Look forward to going back.

Very very central in the old town within a few minutes walk from all the sites. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops literally on your doorstep. Easy access to public transport. Very modern, clean, good wifi and aircon with modern facilities. Owner was very responsive and helpful to any questions even when we arrived late due to a very delayed flight. Access was no problem.

Very close to Placa Negrito which is very fun and lively but was noisy well into the night so not so good if you're a light sleeper.

Location and cleanliness

Initial connection was difficult because it had to be done at the entrance and weren’t aware of this so we missed a night of Wifi.

Lovely penthouse appartment

Stayed in the penthouse appartment which was clean with a nice terrace to sit outside on even in February. Communication with host Sandra was very good and let us leave luggage there whilst it was being prepared. Location perfect for the main sites and Turia park area.

The location is very near to the Cathedral and central market, many places and streets to walk around. Nice size apartment equipped with everything you need for your journey. 8 minutes walk to the bus station, 15 to the metro.

They should clean the place better, the cleaning was done in an superficial manner. The noise coming from the bar nearby, until late at night(02:00) seemed like we wore in the middle of the bar.

Amazing location for visiting Valencia, but noisy until 1/2am because of local bars/restaurants.

In a great location, close to all the best sights in the old city. Very easy to get around. Local bars and restaurants on your doorstep and supermarkets also close by.

Very noisy until 1/ 2am in the morning due to the local bars and restaurants! The sound carries due to the narrow streets and bars stay open late. It would be nice to have tea/coffee/milk and water available in the apartment on arrival. A few basic essentials are always welcome when staying in an apartment until you find the shops! There was no bottle/cork screw or scissors!

the host Ricardo, said he was going to change the room and never did. the second day he said i could cancel the room if

right in town but music noice from the street till 5am

•the bed was really uncomfortable (I still had back ache 3days later). •music from the street till 5am (I understand its rights in the middle of town but if you want a goid rest you cant) •the host hes not fit for customer service, in fact he has no customers service skills at all. •it wasn’t very clean. •two pillows where yellow and with no pillows cases. •they state sounds prof rooms yet you can hear party from the street till 5am and the funny thing there are signs saying “keep quiete from 22:00 till 09:00” quite laughable 🤭 •the sofa was stained/dirty.
