We had some great days in Valencia based in this apartment, two adults and two teenage kids. It is compact but extremely well planned with two complete bathrooms.
As it is located on the fourth floor with no elevator it is recommended that all in your company are reasonably fit :)

Second stay at the property. Very comfortable. Good AC. Perfect location. Close to everywhere and quiet with a large terrace.
