A very comfortable, stylish, spacious and well equipped apartment. We spent two weeks in Valencia and felt very much at home in this apartment. We appreciated the two bathrooms. I used the larger one, which had a good size shower cubicle with good water pressure. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well and we found the sofa comfortable too, for relaxing after busy days of sightseeing. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and kettle. The apartment is very quiet despite its very central location. It is just a couple of minutes walk from the magnificent cathedral and the lovely Plaza de la Reina. There are many interesting museums, art galleries and churches within easy walking distance, as well as a vast array of places to eat. The staff at Singular Stays were very helpful and responsive. We were extremely happy with our choice of apartment and felt that it offered excellent value for money.
As others have mentioned, there is very little natural light in the apartment, as all windows overlook internal courtyards. However, this was not a problem for us at all, especially because this is one of the reasons that the apartment is so quiet. As a base for sightseeing and experiencing Valencian city life, the apartment really cannot be beaten.
If I was being very picky, then a slightly larger selection of pans would have been appreciated, particularly a larger frying pan and a smaller saucepan. However, this is a minor point, and we still managed to cook in the apartment every evening without any difficulties.

Location was great, lovely side street close to everything but quiet. Lovely old building, well equipped apartment , great service for minding bags after checkout
All good - we arrived late so bit of delay just getting in but friendly staff resolved it

Floors and kitchen benches dirty. Needed to wear flip flops in apartment as floor was so dirty. Sheets became dirty from our dirty feet.
Shower screen in one bathroom had mould at base.

Bed was ok
Smelly in hall and coming from the drains up through kitchen sink waste. Shower screen and basin needed replacing looked tatty. Black out curtains in bedroom need replacing holes in them. Sofa was to small only fit for a child not comfortable. WiFi was very slow.
