Location. Responsiveness of property. When we arrived shower was plugged. Fixed next day.
While location is good, extremely noisy area. Bed was small and hard. On arrival not completely clean.

Cleanliness and central location
The key collection from another location was a major inconvenience . Late at night and in the rain. We had to pay supplement to the taxi to pick up the keys. Not far to walk if you know where you are going, but at night in a strange city, in poor weather and with luggage it was never going to work. Unfortunately we were only told the arrangements 24hrs in advance and after we had paid in full. We had given several weeks notice that we would be a late arrival, with no response from the property.
No safety deposit box.
Poor wifi
Only 3 cups.
Property is very tight space wise including the stairs and lift
