Eco-Friendly Apartments

The apartments have a wonderful location: Turia Park is just two minutes away, central squares are within walking distance, and bike rentals are nearby. The host was very helpful—he met us at the door and helped us call a taxi. The apartment had everything we needed; the kitchen was well-equipped, and toiletries were provided in the bathroom. For me personally, the small balcony really created that authentic Spanish atmosphere. Many thanks—we highly recommend it.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de las Torres de Serranos, y resulta muy cómoda para moverse por la ciudad. El apartamento es pequeñito, pero está muy bien aprovechado, cuidado y bien conservado. Estaba todo limpio y, al dar al interior de un patio, es bastante silencioso. Aunque hacía bastante calor fuera, con el aire acondicionado hemos estado muy bien. Y destacar también la atención del dueño, que ha sido muy atento y amable con nosotros en todo momento. En general, una estancia muy agradable. Lo recomendamos sin duda para pasar unos días en Valencia, sobre todo si buscas un alojamiento céntrico, tranquilo y cómodo.

A spacious ‘studio’ apartment, that has everything you need for a short stay. It was clean, stylish, and felt very safe. The check in was really easy, and the owners are really nice. It’s also right by the tram to get to the beach, and also near the centre. Would recommend.

La estructura era muy acogedora y se encuentra en un punto muy conveniente en la ciudad de Valencia

La estructura tiene un aire acondicionado que hace aire tibio, por lo que por la noche se moría de calor. La conexión era mala. Una ventana no se podía abrir, por lo que el aire en la habitación no giraba bien y en esa ventana teníamos cables para tender, así que tiramos las cosas en el baño y, por lo tanto, olía a humedad. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas, especialmente la cama doble.
