Couldn’t be better… excellent

The hotel was centrally located on a quiet street in the heart of the city very near to the Cathedral and other attractions. There were some very good restaurants close by. You are also within a few minutes of the Jardí del Turia, a park created from the old riverbed, where you can walk, run or watch rugby or football it has a lovely vibe. Our apartment was really nice and light, with plenty of space for two.. and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

If we were going to be critical about anything the beds were on the hard side for us… but probably perfect for others..

Fine stay right downtown.

Location was perfect. Let us check in early and leave our bags for free. Kitchen was big although we didn’t cook.

A few lights were out and couch was uncomfortable (but better when I moved pillows from bed to couch)

Everything! It was so central. It was a tidy one bedroom apartment, great size. Staff were so friendly and helpful

The heating and cooling took a bit to work out. The apartment was pretty hot at one point so we needed the windows open which let all the noise in from the busy town but we got there in the end

Great apartment for city centre stay

Size of apartment was bigger than i had expected, and was ideal for 2 people. Air-conditioning was good. Location was excellent for the city centre. Kitchen facilities were really good.

Minor point,but TV was placed high up on the wall . Bit uncomfortable if you wanted to watch it sitting on sofa.

It was everything we wanted and more. Fantastic location and great modern, spacious and clean apartment. Despite being in the heart of the old town, it’s located on a quiet street away from the noise so perfect for a good night rest. 100% recommend!

Incredible stay in Valencia!

Everything! This hotel is in a prime area of Valencia! The staff bent over backwards to make us comfortable, there is a washer and dryer in the building, the room was incredible. Huge, tons of storage, very comfortable bed in large bathroom. You could eat off of the floor of the parking garage, and there were large parking spots, and it was very clean. They paid attention to every detail and the facilities were very clean. A++!!!

Nothing!!! It was amazing! It was a little difficult to find out how to access the building from the roads. Follow the maps exactly and try to get there before 8 PM. That is when the staff leaves. They were very helpful when we called for help.

Perfect Stay at Citizentral Juristas!

The host was very pleasant. The apartment was as pictured and described. Very, very clean, comfortable and roomy. The location is absolutely perfect! Very close to major sights, attractions and restaurants. We especially appreciated the host ensuring we got a taxi in time to catch our train. We would rate this place a 10/10! Would stay at Citizentral Juristas again in a heart beat!

The appartments are so well located in the old town. They are clean and spacious with great ammenities for your stay. I was with 2 friends for a long weekend in the 1 bedroom apartment with the sofa bed. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Huge apartment. Very clean and well maintained. Right in the centre of the old town but not at all noisy. Staff were fantastic!

Kitchen needed one more cleaning cloth, more dishwasher tablets and it would be helpful if there were a small supply of salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It was not an option to buy all of this for two days

Wonderful city centre Stay - walkable to everything and great staff!!

Really truly exceptional reception staff who could not do enough to help us or make local recommendations. One of the few hotels in the city centre of Valencia that offers on-site parking.

The hotel was perfect and The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Nothing to do with the hotel but the only negative about our stay was trying to navigate the very small streets of Valencia to find the parking!! However, the hotel did provide very detailed directions which were incredibly helpful

Pleasant stay

The apartment is clean and spacious. Location is good and convenient to get to if you are not driving.

We drove and really had a hard time finding the carpark even though instructions were given how to navigate to the place. There were too many narrow lanes and pedestrians walking on the road which made the navigation difficult. The carpark was tight for our MPV to drive in.

Communication related to parking was not clear, it took an hour to settle in. Dont use the parking given by the tenant, just use the nearby public parking, which is easy to get in and saves a lot of time

The apartment was super nice and very comfortable, plenty of space for a family of five. The photos of the apartment online don’t do it justice in person. Fab place! And so close to many local hotspots and a ton of restaurants

Driving into the area where the hotel is restricted and we were not informed ahead that parking needed pre booking. Luckily there was a space for us and the receptionist was really helpful. The beds were a bit creaky.
