Signa Juristas

Spacious and comfortable apartment , located in a quiet street. Very central in the old town, 3 min walk to the Cathedral. Comfortable bed and no outside noises. Room serviced every second day. Front desk personnel available during regular hours.

Breakfast is available but a bit pricey. Better to have your own provisions for breakfast.

It was in an excellent location, spotlessly clean and great air con in each room. Very comfortable beds.

The two single bedrooms were very sparse. Needed a dressing table and a mirror and the lighting was harsh. Could have done with a bedside lamp.

Large, comfortable space, spotlessly clean. Great location.

Nothing.

location was great and apartment was clean.

there were a few things that meant the stay wasn't perfect. On arrival I asked the front desk for where we could get a guided tour or at least the area that tours began. This was provided perfectly on our stay in Madrid but for some reason this hotel in Valencia couldn't provide the info. I expect a front desk to provide this or at least go away and find out. As you can imagine this time of the year is very hot and so showers are even more important than ever and the shower in the room was broken. I provided the front desk with pictures of the broken shower and how bad the flow was. I was advised nothing could be done and I should use the hand shower, no effort at all was made to remedy the issue. This is really poor service. The bed was soiled on arrival and hadn't been changed and again pictures were provided. This was managed very quickly and the bed was changed and remade.
