Location next to the cathedral and the ability to park in old town. Modern and comfortable apartment.

Directions for parking were not easy, could be better explained. We were unfortunate that the apartment next to us was rented to college guys who knocked on doors and rang bells at 4am.

The location was fantastic. An easy walk to everywhere in the old town

Property was very beautiful, fancy, and within the historical center. Walking distance to interesting points of the city, restaurants, and shops. The staff was very attentive.

there were a few things that meant the stay wasn't perfect. On arrival I asked the front desk for where we could get a guided tour or at least the area that tours began. This was provided perfectly on our stay in Madrid but for some reason this hotel in Valencia couldn't provide the info. I expect a front desk to provide this or at least go away and find out. As you can imagine this time of the year is very hot and so showers are even more important than ever and the shower in the room was broken. I provided the front desk with pictures of the broken shower and how bad the flow was. I was advised nothing could be done and I should use the hand shower, no effort at all was made to remedy the issue. This is really poor service. The bed was soiled on arrival and hadn't been changed and again pictures were provided. This was managed very quickly and the bed was changed and remade.
