Excellent location. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and each room is air conditioned and so we could sleep through the heatwave! Spacious living room space. Nice decor.
I think I read that there was a washing machine but there wasn't any. One of the single beds were creaky and was making quite a bit of noise.

Great location near parking at Plaça de la Reina. Quiet despite being surrounded by restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds. Has an elevator as on top floor
Hot water wasn’t working in the kitchen to do washing up- luckily there was a kettle!

Very comfortable apartment centrally located in the old town. Air conditioning effective, beds comfortable, lift up to the 4th floor. Natalia was welcoming and showed us around the apartment - she also stayed until a problem with the wi-fi was fully resolved. Natalia recommended a local restaurant and offered a 10% discount voucher.
The apartment was lacking some kitchen essentials including a sharp paring knife and a bread knife. The communication with staff over WhatsApp ahead of our arrival and during our stay was not good. Despite giving flight details ahead of arrival nobody was at the apartment when we arrived. After a long travel it was not appreciated to wait in the street for 20 minutes.
