Great communication with Markus, who met us at the property to show us around. Easy to find from the nearest metro. Markus met us at the property. We rented the 2 bed apt. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped and comfortable. We found the apt very quiet. The air con was most welcome! A great base to explore this fabulous city. We did not use the spa at the apt, but it did look fabulous!

Everything. I have stayed in many hotels and appartments. But this was exceptional. The attention to detail in all areas raised it above any other stay I have had. The quality of everything was so good. The service matched it.

There was nothing we did not like

Close to centre, good size, comfortable bed, tv good, toiletries good after refill requested. Washing machine facilities available on top floor. Owner very responsive when requests made. Sofa bed useful and dining table great. Can't comment on spa as we didn't use it but it looks good. Secure accommodation so felt safe. Mostly quiet.

Large dishwasher needed a few more viewings and plates! Blocked shower sorted very quickly. Kitchen facilities rather limited if you want to eat at home.

Room was a good size with good facilities. Location was great.

The spa facilities are run down and not private - we were disturbed three times during our booked timeslot. Not great when you're in a bikini. The rooms weren't cleaned in the corners and underneath furniture and we had a cockroach in one of the bedrooms. It doesn't state anywhere that you have to ask for bedding for the sofa bed - I thought booking for 3 people would have informed the host of that. So there wasn't any when we arrived and we felt like we were being told off for not communicating that we needed it.
