The apartment was comfortable and the location was very convenient. It is close to the Central Market and the old town, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the city.

The only inconvenience was the key collection process. Before entering the apartment, you first have to pick up the keys from a mailbox located about a 10-minute walk away. This was a bit complicated, especially when travelling with a small child. Our main criticism concerns the terrace. It looks like a lovely place to sit and relax in the evening, but the wooden decking was in poor condition and full of holes. For safety reasons, we decided not to use it with our young child, which was disappointing because the terrace could otherwise be a great feature of the apartment. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the apartment's good location and accessibility to the main attractions of Valencia.

Mobiliario en mal estado y menaje deficitario, limpieza escasa y mal olor en todo el apartamento que parece del edificio. Además el aire acondicionado apenas funcionaba y la habitación principal no llegaba el aire, en general hacía mucho calor en el apartamento. Comunicado por wassap las incidencias sin mejoras. El apartamento no tiene menaje para 4 personas, la cama del sofá cama no estaba hecha cuando llegamos además de estar muy sucio el sofá, no estaba a mano la ropa de cama ni toallas suficientes , pocos detalles. La terraza estaba bastante bien pero había olor a basura constante que acompaña desde que entras en el edificio. Muy muy mejorable. Sorprende que utilicen el bloqueo de fianza cuando el apartamento es tan deficitario
